The pizza is lightly sauced which means the crust is crisp not soggy. The sauce is made in-house and is simple but has great flavour. The prosciutto and arugula are spread over the pizza and topped, lightly, with grana padano. The ingredients are fresh and work in perfect harmony to create an absolutely delicious pizza. Don't skip dessert we tried the house made pistachio cannoli. Delicious! If you're a fan of authentic Italian pizza Il Sorriso is a must visit in Niagara Falls. I'll definitely be back.

After the pizza is made (super fast in 10-12 minutes), they place the parchment sheet in the box under the pizza. This helps keep the pizzas warm when you are walking 1/2 mile back to your room. The parchment also has all their options on it which is useful if you want to order again the next day! The pizzas are delicious, clean, and not greasy like American Pizzas.
