Dr. Faught asked his staff to stay later on our behalf so he could also do my husband's first adjustment instead of scheduling it for another time like usual because he could see how badly my hubby needed it! Herman is without a doubt the most caring, compassionate, knowledgeable pharmacist I have ever had…read morethe pleasure of meeting. I live in California and my Mum lives in Sudbury, I have been to Herman's pharmacy a couple of times to pick-up things for my Mum. Herman is always concerned (and it is genuine) about how my Mum is. My Mum has told me about many times when she has had a question or concern and Herman has gone the extra mile and taken the time to explain or help in any way he can. It is hard being so far away but it sure is nice to know that for any pharmacy related issues Herman is there, they deliver to the house, gives her a particular over the counter product for what is ailing her and waves her off saying no charge have a good day. Herman won't get rich I am sure but he sure has gained some very thankful customers. If I could give Herman's Ida Pharmacy a higher rating I would but 5 stars is the limit. Heather Torrance Ca
