This is an old dingy rundown building. The director of care, does not care and hands off her duties…read moreto the administrative staff. Our mother was beginning palliative care. She took a turn for the worse and no one contacted the family. We were called when she died. The male rn that was covering for Gina( who by the way is great) didn't think that a visit from the doctor, plus an order for oxygen, plus being lethargic did not warrant a call to us. We were not able to spend the last day of her life with our mom because we were unaware how she had taken a turn for the worst.The hygiene issues are another complaint.
