Mike has awesome online tools to save songs that you do or don't want played, what people to introduce, and a timeline of events. He's willing to go over anything with you and makes you feel like any question is okay. One of my pet peeves is when I feel anxious around vendors to ask questions or schedule appointments, but Mike made everything so smooth. He'd be willing to meet up whenever to talk in person or over the phone. It was just as great then on the day of.
