From the very first communication, Dana was incredibly helpful -- she answered all of our questions quickly, helped us figure out a time and price that worked for our needs, and even offered advice about our planned photo booth setup. As our event drew closer, Sarah was also an amazing help. She communicated with me and my wedding planner to ensure everything went smoothly (and that we didn't have to worry about the setup or timeline!). We had absolutely zero issues on the day of the wedding as a result. The photo booth was perfect -- guests loved it, and it was so awesome to have the option to do black or white photos and to have guests email/text themselves their photo in addition to the physical prints. Our guests were very, very excited about the photo booth, and Trevor handled their craziness wonderfully. Overall, I'm so thrilled that we used Photo Booths for Parties for our wedding. The prints and digital images are wonderful and excellent quality, and the entire team (especially Dana, Sarah, and Trevor) were amazing to work with. The price felt reasonable, and when it started sprinkling on our wedding day, they were great about moving the booth inside at the last minute. The not-so-good: Unfortunately, the photo booth attendant struggled a bit with managing larger groups. Their policy says unlimited prints, but not everyone got a copy of the group photos since the attendant didn't always ask how many prints were needed. A few of my friends ended up without photos they were in. After the wedding, I reached out to Hidden Gem hoping to get a couple of extra copies to send with thank-you cards, but I haven't heard back despite following up. I really hate to do this to a small business, but if posting this review is the only way to get my extra photos then so be it.
