For months before the wedding, their whole team was professional and quick with responding to any questions I had. They were transparent and well-organized. We never heard from him since. We sent several more emails and phones calls this year and sent him a registered letter (that he received and signed for) and never heard back. We ended up having to find new photographers last minute for our wedding. Do not book him, he is not reliable at all. The engagement photos were supposed to be free but he kept our $1,000 retainer for the wedding that he ghosted us on.
