Our business, Diablo Auto Care, depends on phones as much as the next, and when there is a problem…read morewe might as well close our doors and go home for the day. A few weeks ago we lost our main phone line after our power was shut off for a local PG&E repair. Tim came out the next day and had the problem diagnosed and repaired in less than 30 minutes. At the time he gave us the option of a cheap reset or replacement of the faulty card, we chose the reset. As murphy's law dictates, what can go wrong will go wrong, and sure enough, a few weeks later, again our power went out, and the main phone line went dead. I tried the same reset procedure that Tim had showed me previously, but this time it would not work. Called Tim to order a new card. Here is where the 5 stars get earned. After working all day in Gilroy, Tim offered to stop by our business on his way home to fabricate a temporary repair so we would have the use of our main line until he could get a replacement card. We are in San Ramon and this was 8:30 at night mind you, and he still had to head to Oakley, drop off his co-worker and then head home. It would have been very easy for Tim to schedule us later in the week, but he didn't, he went above and beyond. Two days later, unannounced, Tim is replacing our faulty phone system card. The phone system has worked flawlessly ever since. He also recommended we get in touch with AT&T to correct our "ground humms", which makes all the difference in the world. Highly recommend TC Brokers for any phone system repairs.

Zencom was recommended by my security camera company to come in and replace the fiber so I could get my cameras back up and running. Adam came out from Zencom and quickly assessed the situation, spoke the language of my security company and developed a plan to replace the fire damaged cabling. Within a very short time, he obtained the necessary supplies and had the replacement installed in less than a day. More impressively, he came back and spent hours making sure all the cameras were back up, correcting minor issues he came across with my initial installation and left me in a much better situation than I was in even before the fire. I honestly hope to not need Zencom again, but if you need them, I highly recommend Adam and the Zencom team.

The…read morestore looks the same nothing has changed except for now they actually have a couple more benches to sit on. That's a plus. We waited about 30-40 mins which is not bad considering there were a few folks in front of us. We were assisted by Gino and, Sebastian (who was training) did very well. They were both so patient and friendly. Last but not least they were knowledgeable. They also kept us entertained. Excellent customer service. So we did get upgraded to the iPhone 17 pro's and we got the free Apple Watches with subscription of course. Can't beet that. I can't say we got out of there quickly. The longest thing that took us was the data transfer. I have to say they have an easier way of doing the transfer however not any faster. But maybe it depends on how much data you have on the phone. That's why it takes long. Anyway, I'm glad we came in when we did and the two gentleman had the best attitudes by far in any T-Mobile I've been to. Thanks guys! Customer Service and products purchased gets five starts!!!! The store overall receives a four star because the wait was long and there were not enough seats for the customers waiting in line.

Unfortunately, I've had to keep going back to the store for support, and that's been frustrating. The wait times are really bad--I've waited close to an hour--and there's very limited seating. On top of that, the support staff haven't been very friendly or accommodating. It seems like they simply don't have enough people to handle the volume of customers. If I didn't need to follow up with a specific person, I honestly wouldn't come back in at all. They really need to improve how they check in real time customers and any ongoing support customers after they've onboarded new customers.

With our…read morenew FM phone system, when Shelter-In-Place was issued we were able to pivot literally overnight, to have the majority of our staff working from home the next day. Staff simply took their desk phones home, plugged them in to their routers, and got back to serving our patients without missing a beat. We are a mulit-office pediatric practice. Families rely on our call-center receptionists and our telephone advice nurses. In Feb 2020, we eliminate our relationship with our old phone service (one of the giants) because the cost was criminal, and the service was poor. FM was very hands-on helpful during implementation, setting up our new equipment, phone queues and autoattendents exactly how we asked. Then in March, the world changed. But our staff adapted immediately, largely thanks to our new FM system. With care-giving staff in the office, and everyone else at home, our internal and external communication continued seamlessly. And most importantly, we were 100% there for our patients to reach us, even during the most trying times. Fastmetrics has truly been a game-changer for us.
