So I had them prop my chair. The contraption for my jaw for that long caused me jaw pain for the next few days. Well they wanted me to leave a review right after procedure. Are you kidding? I just want to go home and rest after this. After months of dealing with them and my insurance, found out they were not in network but I still have great dental insurance. They overcharged me at appt and I paid it-- I just wanted it done. Well that was in October and today after receiving another statement from my dental insurance my portion was not supposed to be that much. When I call, Sandra said we had cleared the account so that you don't owe us anything. I told her we had been talking about this several times now and I was due a refund!!! They ran it through insurance twice for some reason citing that the wrong doctor was on the paperwork. However MetLife ran it with correct dentist. They also charged a $390 crown build up and I didn't even go in with a crown on!! False practices here, will let my insurance know they are double dipping.

My wait times in the waiting room are generally 10 minutes or less and once in the exam room the time may be 15 minutes. Both wait times are actually pretty good for a dermatologist. The demand for their time is pretty high especially here in the Valley. I'll continue seeing Dr Newton as long as we are here in the RGV.

No luck so I started searching for an Endodontist and found the RGV Endodontics. I called for an appointment and they were able to get me in the same day for a consult. That is where I met Dr Ivan Rodriguez. He explained to me what was going on and needed a root canal. They were able to get me in 5 days later. Dr Ivan put me on pain meds and antibiotics which was a huge relief. Dr Ivan explained everything he was going to do. He was very informative, kind, gentle and very smart. I didn't feel a thing. As far as I can tell he does great work and would t hesitate not one inch to go back to see him again if I needed to. The ladies in the front office and the assistants were all very pleasant, kind and helpful. If I needed anything I know they will help me with whatever I need. I will return in a year for follow up and I'm excited to do so. Look forward to seeing everyone again. Please give this Dr and office a try if you have a toothache.

Had a root canal before most places closed down the second time, today got fitted for the crown. So now I just have to be careful with what I eat. Dr Blaine is knowledgeable, intelligent, devoted, hard-working, and fun. He knows us and cares about us- as I'm sure he does all his patients. He is so sweet and gentle with our son, and we were always confident in his care for all of us, whether medical or chiropractic.
