We have had 10 properties listed with Harmon Property Management since they've been in business,…read moreover 8 years ago. From the owner side, they are amazing to work with! HPM collects the rent, takes care of maintenance issues quickly and always with the tenant in mind, as well as our bottom line. They provide screening for new applicants and basically take care of everything. We no longer live in Kansas, so it's great to have a property management service that we can trust absolutely. We get photos and a video walkthrough when tenants move out and before they move in, in case we'd like to review the property condition. HPM does repair and service for a very reasonable cost and the work is always top notch. With multiple properties occasionally we run across a tenant who may be out of balance and expect HPM to come change a lightbulb or something ridiculous like that, but HPM always handles these situations with compassion and grace but firmness when needed. Alyce, Matt and the team are wonderful to both tenants and owners. I have recommended HPM to my friends that are property owners and doing their own "landlording" and I recommend them to you. The best real estate decision I ever made was buying investment properties. The second best was getting myself out of the landlord business and hiring Harmon Property Management to do it for me.

They refuse to terminate my lease and refund me my money. After reading all of the horror stories and having conversations with other renters, I believe this is habitual and they do it so you break your lease then they can charge you obscene fees and tarnish your rental history. After that, they rinse and repeat with the ones who wont allow it. DO NOT rent from here.

I Do Not, do not recommend Northstar property Management. First off you don't get a prompt response…read morewhen you do reach out if any response. Second I'm currently receiving emails for late fees that's bogus. There's no way you can have late fees on a zero balance or if rent was paid before the 8th of every month. By far this company has been the worst property management. Geez this company is worst than Point Guard Management. I would truly rate them with zero stars. Run do not walk away from this company.

Made a Yelp just to make sure this review was in multiple spots - CMC deserves it…read more I have several properties managed by Mike Walter and his team at CMC Property Leasing, and I honestly couldn't ask for better management. They have saved me so much money over the years and manage my properties flawlessly. In this business, honesty, trust, and reliability are everything -- and Mike and his team deliver all three in spades. Their main maintenance guy, Michael, is top-notch -- his experience and quality of work are unbeatable. Repairs and maintenance are fast, efficient, and done right the first time. Mike is always up front with any fees, maintains great communication with tenants, and provides clear monthly breakdowns of revenues and expenses, always with helpful notes. As a property owner, the most important thing is being able to sleep at night -- and with CMC, I can. They've handled everything from a major windstorm, plumbing issues, HVAC problems, basement repairs, unit updates, and more -- all seamlessly. I have complete confidence they are getting me the best prices and the best service on the market. They also excel at finding quality tenants -- good, hard-working, understanding people who treat the properties well. I cannot recommend Mike Walter and the CMC team enough -- my business truly couldn't run without them. Thank you, CMC!
