Definitely a spot where you could linger for a while. Food-wise, we ordered the fried rice with crispy chicken (breaded in crushed Cheerios--yes, Cheerios, and yes, surprisingly delicious!), the bánh mì, and the crispy chicken sandwich, which ended up being the star of the show. Every bite of that sandwich was perfectly seasoned, crunchy, and satisfying. We upgraded our side to the greens, which came topped with some mysterious orange ingredient--maybe a grated carrot dressing? Whatever it was, it was scrumptious. We also ordered a side of pickles, which were surprisingly affordable and so flavorful that they disappeared fast. We didn't try any drinks, but the menu had plenty of interesting options to choose from. One of my favorite parts of the experience was how family-friendly the place felt: while we waited, the kids grabbed a new-to-us game (The Enchanted Forest) from the board game shelves, which made the time fly by. Service was attentive and friendly without hovering, and overall we had a fantastic experience. If we lived closer, this would be a regular lunch spot for sure!

The ambiance is dim and quiet, but they were happy to have us. My 4 year old used colored pencils on coloring sheets we brought with us. For babies and small kids, they have ingelisa chairs that clip on the high tables and I was concerned about the high chairs for our 4 year old but it was fine. She devoured her entire meal(chicken tenders) and a half of our 1 year olds' (they have a kids menu with chicken tenders, grilled peanut butter and fluff, noodles with butter, hot dog..). The service was fast and great. While I am vegetarian and my spouse is gluten free, we are always pleasantly surprised when we both find delicious food. I loved the general tso's poboy with cauliflower and tofu. I wish there was more cauliflower since my 1 year old took many of those pieces. My spouse got something with "pulled pork and quinoa" and he said it was very good too.

So I was in the area with my wife, and we wanted to grab some lunch and we don't know much about…read moreany of the restaurants or anything around here, so we checked Google... We picked this place kind of with the same criteria as throwing a dart. The deciding factor was after going through menus on Google she spotted a Philly cheese steak and then she decided she wanted one. It was a Saturday around 1:30 so even though it's a sports bar and grill it wasn't really crowded yet. We walked in and a gentleman at the end of the bar I'm guessing a manager maybe said we could sit anywhere. The waitress was pleasant, and the service was pretty quick. I ordered a burger that was half hamburger and half sausage so it had to be cooked through which may be why it took a little longer than I thought I could have but we didn't really wait any excessive amount of time to get our food. Her Philly cheesesteak was incredible. She also pretty much devoured the sweet potato fries. We also ordered a couple dozen wings which these days almost takes a bank loan as I'm an old guy and I can remember back when I used to go out after college, finding 25 cent wings was easy. Nowadays $1 wings is a bargain. So anyway the food was really good, service was outstanding and the place was clean. Given the bathrooms looked pretty nice, well at least the men's room did ... I didn't think taking a peek the other way would have been very welcome. So yeah I would definitely recommend this place. I did notice some other people left some rather negative reviews, and maybe we just showed up on the right day or something but for us anyway it was a pleasant experience.
