Their flowers are beautiful. I get a bouquet every year for Valentine's Day. This year, I was feeling under the weather, was leaving work early when my boyfriend said the delivery window was 8-5. I called FFD and spoke with a staff member who let me know we couldn't reroute the delivery but they would make me a new bouquet to pick up. The staff member was so patient as I had almost completely lost my voice. I showed up to their shop with my mask on and a barely audible hello. They knew exactly who I was and got my package ready for me. I love that they partner with other small businesses to create fun bundles. The candle accompanying the flowers smelled amazing and the chocolates were delicious. Over a week later and the flowers look just as good as on day one! They also have fun workshops to build your own bouquets and seasonal wreaths. Highly recommend them as a quality, ethical florist.

She was priced fairly and delivered stunning results - we absolutely loved what her arrangements did for our wedding day. Jaclyn was a true professional, made our wedding beautiful, and we didn't have a worry in the world that she would be anything less. Couldn't recommend Feisty Flowers highly enough!

Belle Fiori has been my go-to florist in Milwaukee for years, and they just keep getting better!…read more I ordered two bouquets online for Mother's Day, using the "Designer's Choice" option because I trust them to do gorgeous work based on past experiences. Given all the extra precautions due to the pandemic, their website was well updated with several notifications about pick-up, delivery, potential for flower scarcity, etc. At every turn, they were answering my questions before I asked them. I picked up the bouquets at their side door from a very friendly and helpful employee. The flowers were truly stunning. Healthy flowers at the peak of beauty arranged exquisitely, and both my sister and mom absolutely raved about how pretty they were. Thank you, Belle Fiori! You're my florist for life!

Communication seemed effective, I felt like I knew what I was getting myself into. Our wedding was last night & I was short a bridesmaid bouquet & groomsmen's boutineer. Quick thinking saved us (we just had the juniors do something different). I have never seen a florist who just dropped things off & left. She didn't stick around to help pin the flowers on the men or to make sure that things were okay. In fact, I didn't see her once the entire day. When the coordinator from the hotel called, the florist was very rude & claimed that I had confirmed the delivery. Also? The centerpieces should have been filled with water & it was simply vases with fake plants in them; I could have done that myself for a 1/4 of the cost. Unfortunately, I would NOT recommend this florist to a bride looking for a florist. I was very disappointed.

She placed the order rather late in the day, and was hoping for same-day delivery. Sure enough, a gentleman pulled into my driveway after 5 p.m. and apologized for the unmarked car as he was, "asked to make the delivery but had been home and using his personal vehicle." In addition, their credit card machine wasn't working, so they had asked if my Mom could place a check in the mail; they literally operated on faith in forthcoming payment. Last but not least, the blooms are huge and beautiful! Excellent quality.
