It can get busy at the tables and you might have to wait for one to be free. I also don't remember how much it was per game (sorry!) This time when visiting back home in Alameda we decided to play mini golf! The pricing is as follows (as of August 2026): - $16 - Adults (age 18-64) - $13 - Youth (age 0-17) (Age 0-4 is free when playing with a paid adult) - $13 - Seniors (age 65+) You pay at the front and then there's a ball machine near the entrance where you pull the handle of the color ball you want and it comes down the cool metal wire runway. The lady at the front wasn't super helpful and we kinda wandered around looking for where to get the balls, but once we asked she pointed out where we could get them. There are a standard 19 holes on this course and each one is a cool little tidbit about the Bay Area! It was cool seeing local landmarks and the different challenges for each hole. I was terrible was had a fantastic time playing. My boyfriend on the very last hole, got a hole-in-one which triggers an alarm and you get a free round a mini golf voucher that expires 3 months afterwards! Our very first date was playing mini golf so if we are ever visiting again I'd love to make it a tradition! ---- Overall: a great place for mini golf, super cute local landmarks at each hole, challenging, creative, and very fun!

Had a great birthday party here for my son!…read more At first they seemed very strict when I spoke with them on the phone, but it ended up being very chill and laid back and all the kids (and adults!) had a great time. They probably get people trying to take advantage of them bringing larger groups than expected or whatever. It was golf then lunch then arcade and they were a little flexible with the end time for cake so that we could get maximum arcade! The Chicken fingers and fries were great. They could up their game with the pizza a bit, but haha, the kids seemed happy, and everything in the world doesn't need to be gourmet. Good beers on tap for the parents. Felt a little gross drinking them out of a plastic soda cup, but I digress... Price was good for the value we got! I could HEAR basketball being played inside, but couldn't find the entrance since all the gates were closed and locked. So, there's a parking lot, once you've found the right side of the building but usually, there's a parking fee. I suggest parking on the street, to be honest. There's plenty of street parking. The inside: four courts, but it is very nice. The floors are taken care of. It does kind of smell musty though. Unfortunately, I didn't see a refill water machine, which is unfortunate, since this is a gym. There are vending machines with water ($2) and Gatorade ($3). You better hope it works! After I sent the Venmo payment as instructed, I was surprised to learn that the price had suddenly increased to three times the original amount we discussed. I appreciate that you refunded my payment quickly, but the experience left me feeling disappointed and confused. As a parent, clear and consistent communication is very important, especially when it comes to planning and budgeting for my kids' activities. Practices like changing the price after an agreement--without prior notice--can be frustrating and may deter families from signing up or recommending your camp to others. I hope you'll consider making your policies and timelines more transparent in the future, so families know exactly what to expect.

I have been a member since ~2018. I love this club because it is gigantic and it is almost…read moreliterally across the street from my warehouse loft. If you go to the Crunch Gym in Alameda and then the Bladium -- you'll have a new appreciation for space and room to breathe. The remodeled men's locker room is cool -- most importantly -- it is clean and does not stink. I only use the facility for cardio and free weights. The machines and free weights are probably 30+ years old (seriously), but they work and I like the old school steel plates. The entire facility has been under construction and it looks like they're going to make the facility like something on par with the NFL Combine's fitness facilities. I learned during the pandemic that new weights and weight machines cost a fortune, but I'm hopeful they will update the equipment. Most importantly, I hope they extend the hours of operation on the weekends. Indeed, their hours of operation should be 5 a.m. to 10 p.m. (minimum) every day. Oh, there is always free/available parking and the gym manager is extremely responsive/professional. Bottom line: this gym has the space and location to become the best fitness facility on the East Bay -- but they must extend their hours and spend a small fortune on new weights/weight machines. So many memories, like winning a state championship and rock climbing with my friends. The Bladium was an experience: to drink, to play sports, to work out, to have fun. I recently came back after finishing college, just to find the main football field and a majority of the weight room gone to pickleball. At first, I did not mind, however, it feels like the only people who come in are pickleball players. Its sad to see my friend's old family business being made into a pickleball center. Even the new company's logo shows where their priority is at. Heartbreaking to see. I will always remember the sounds the floorboards made.

As a host, the space is reasonably priced, clean, well-lit, conveniently located, and most importantly - completely wheelchair accessible. There are very few venues in the East Bay where the entire space is accessible. In this case, this includes the mezzanine (there is a lift), and there are 2 accessible bathrooms (of the 6 total bathrooms). I have also found that the space has adequate tables and chairs, as well as a small stage, a projector, and sound system, so I don't have the added expense of renting those things. I wish it had a kitchen (it has a fridge), but other than that, this space is awesome for lots of types of events! I already have another event booked there in November.

There are well-organized open plays with loaner paddles available. There's a solid system to rotate which players go on when a court opens up (paddle racks). It's $2-5 donation for open play only to cover costs of renting courts for the lead volunteer hosts. There are also clinics, drills, round robins and other pickleball events. I totally get people come here to relax and I respect that. But there's no sign anywhere that says "please be quiet," so the only way I can respect an unspoken rule is if someone actually tells me it exists. I'm from Oakland, where people just say something if you're being too loud -- I've had it happen to me in a cafe before and I just said "oh sorry" and toned it down. I own it when someone tells me. But I can't read a room I don't know and guess at rules nobody says out loud. Instead of anyone saying anything to me in the moment, nothing was said at all -- until later, when I asked what happened and was told management wanted to launch an investigation? That felt like a lot for a noise thing during a soccer game. If someone had just said something when it happened, I could've easily stepped outside to watch instead. 3 stars because most members here are genuinely nice -- I've been asked more than once if I'm from Mexico lol, probably bc I'm the only Latino there, and it's fine, people just don't know. That's a separate thing from the noise situation though, which I still think is worth mentioning. Locker rooms are clean, pool's clean, vibe was chill until this happened.

I think we didn't fit their aesthetics so they were looking for a reason to remove us. Very inhospitable, snobby, horrible communication, and passive aggressive.
