While traveling home from Oregon I noted a dealership in Colusa and tried calling. I spoke with Ryan Larson and ended up stopping by to have my pickup appraised. I was greeted by Ryan and Sales Manager Zach in the lot. We made a gentleman's agreement on a handshake regarding my trade in, since they were going to have to locate a truck for me. The following day, a pickup fitting my need was located and brought to the dealership. I live over two hours away and had to put a lot of trust into Ryan to ensure everything was correct. Ryan and Zach were always available and very easy to communicate with. After all was said and done, my wife and I were in and out of the dealership in an hour.. And after numerous phone calls answering our probably ridicules questions and seeing the detail job done and service and whatever else.. It was brought to my attention Ryan was dealing with a loss in his family all while making sure my experience mattered. Thank you Zach for honoring your word on my trade, as well as making sure all went smooth. Thank Ryan for setting such a high standard on customer service, pride in your craft, professionalism, and dedication. Class Act!!
