On my 1st visit I met the owner's son who came out of the shop and showed me a few tractors. After that I had time to research the TYM brand and found so many great reviews online. Still wanted to speak with Scott (owner) though. Set up a meeting with Scott to stop back out there and brought my buddy who had recommended J & J. Scott was incredible! He really knows his product and is absolutely committed to his business and his customers. We sat down and talked and he listened to what I was trying to accomplish. He then gave me a breakdown of what would work best for me and my goals. He also gave me a complete tour of his business. I was really impressed with his shop. If something happens to my tractor I need the confidence it will be taken care of in a timely manner. I was sold. Scott and his son personally delivered my tractor and then Scott spent the next two hours showing me how to operate my new tractor. Not a single word of English anywhere! J&J was the only place that even knew what it was and had worked on them before. They were in constant contact while working on my tractor. They would advise me what they found and we would figure out the best course of action for maintenance or repairs. When I picked it up, the mechanic came out and walked me through everything personally. He even took a Sharpie and marked each lever & switch so I knew what they all did. I cannot say enough good things about these people. They asked me if I made my living from the tractor and said they would make it a priority if I did. Owned pushers for 20 yrs so very familiar with service centers across the western US and Canada. This bus is new to me and my first experience with the service center. Was able to get an appointment ASAP with no issues. Easy access in and out (important when driving these things!) The shop has the be the cleanest there is and the waiting area looks like Macy's with everything thing a dedicated CAT owner might dream of! The parts counter is clear un cluttered and the guys could not be more friendly and helpful. Not only help you but also the cashier (nice touch). My service tech found me in the waiting room and took me out to the bus. He politely hooked in and stayed on it for about an hour until it was dialed in and all the controls were adjusted to my preferences! Answered all my questions and had me on my way. I was able to get pricing on services such as oil changes and found them to be 30% less then the best prices I had found! I'll be coming back here for a long time!

R Ranch Enterprises has such a fun mix of new, pre-loved, vintage and consignment treasures--from purses, boutique clothing and jewelry to saddles and tack. Shopping with Melissa, the owner, felt like shopping with one of my girlfriends! She has a great eye for fashion and helped me figure out what worked best for me. She even adjusted the strap length on one of my purses at no additional charge. She also has a leather-personalization kit, so I'm hoping to have her add my initials to my bag! The prices I paid for my pre-loved pieces were an absolute steal with the "owner special" of buying 3 items. I got a used breast collar and back cinch that matched my saddle, a used cinch, a used halter and lead rope, a new curry brush, and super cute studded blingy belt for my daughter. Everything used still has a lot of life left and for a very fair price! All together I spent 152.64 The owner's name is Melissa and she is awesome, so kind and helpful. This store has new, used, and consigned tack. She has 3 little doggies and they're so cute, my kids had so much fun playing with her dogs while I shopped. There is definitely more western stuff in this store but they had a decent amount of English saddles for sale. She had great prices on used but beautiful western saddles!
