First of they raised there fees for entry to 5$ from 3$. Then they have a sign that says there prices will be higher than what is advertised on the LKQ web pages depending on on car and make and year. That's Bs if you buy a junk trans or engine from a junkyard it not new and it not really guaranteed to be good used engine. It's so sad way to rip people off. I picked up 2 small steering u joints and they wanted 75$ for both I'm like dude I could buy 2 new ones at autozone for 40$ wtf or 30$ at Amazon new not used or out of a wrecked car. read more

Prices are extremely bad , they sell parts like they are OEM brand new from the dealer . All these LKQ's will go out of business with these prices soon. Not to mention entrance is now 5$ I paid nearly 200 for a plastic bumper. read more

Overpriced on the parts I went to and looked for a 2 pigtail harness for the ECM found it I cut the wire and went to go pay, but I first ask how much and said $55.99 and I checked ebay real fast .. I just told them that's to expensive so I just bought them on eBay for $24.99 for both and free shipping . Next time I'm just buying my parts online. And they didn't want to work on the price read more

Went to this place yesterday , they jacked up the price from a couple of buck to enter five dollars , and you don't even know if your part is there , they did give me a quote on the parts I was looking for , so I told my wife I can get the part way cheaper on Ebay , so we left . This place is a JOKE !!!! read more

This place is legit and very honest. LKQ ask several questions about my mother in laws abandoned vehicle on her property then scheduled a pick up date. They arrived on the scheduled date and paid for the vehicle. LKQ made the process for us simple. read more

If i can give negative stars, I would. the prices are absolutely ridiculous and the person at the counter while paying hiked up the price 25 more than the website listed price. and then he asked "you want it or not?" what an ass wipe. so yeah, customer service is non existent here too. but i am afraid, it is another characteristic that we are experiencing everywhere. read more

they have lots of good parts and employees are willing to help,i will recomend this establishment

Was able to re do the whole inside of my car from the seats to the glovebox all the way down to the carpet and sun visors. For less than $1000 and everything I was able to salvage from another car was just as good as new. Highly recommended read more

100% recommend selling your old car to these guys. Very professional and very helpful. Drivers are curious and social. Thank you all.

I went to get a rim for my spare tire , I also had in my had a Toyota plastic emblem and 2 strips with clips that pop off from the windows because mine were sun damaged she quoted me $120 she may have said $140. But I was like how much just for the rim without the tire that was 65 so even if it was 120 she was charging me $55 for two plastic parts I can buy on eBay which I'm going to do after this review that's ridiculous overpriced plus they charged six dollars for two people to get in and they charged me three dollars to take the bald ass tire off of the rim and the lady rolled her eyes at me when I asked her how much for the emblem and the two strips she probably didn't want to look it up and put it in the computer that would be too much work so she overprice me so they just lost business that's all that happened with that I will never go there again!!Oh Yeah the guy working the front was searching my backpack purse aren't you supposed to check when your leaving?? I didn't really care for that like I'm going to steal from a junk yard REALLY!! read more

WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!! Waited 1hr30m for them to change the quoted price on me at the last minutes. They gave me the run-around the entire time. The Cashier was rude and unhelpful and the man who checked out my car proceeded to help other customers who came after me. After the first hour they told me that "they're internet/system" was down, yet they continued to take credit/debit payments from other guests. I was ripped off from this place and wouldn't recommend this yard to my worst enemy! Waste....of.......time. read more

Just thought I'd share.. I want to say thanks to big robs automotive in hesperia.. Their mechanic found my car at the ecology Auto Wrecking off gas line rd.. It's in fairly good condition most of the damage was done by the auto place themselves. No they did not report the car stolen when they took it it was driven in by somebody and parts were sold off the car from their lot they made me jump through hoops just so I can identify the car it took for me to call the sheriff so they can let me look at it now we're going back and forth because I would have been able to drive it if it wasn't for them and their lack of notifying the authorities that they have a stolen car read more

drove all the way here and saw it was a huge lot. Getting in just to pay took forever tho. After waiting, we finally got started. Cars were pretty much complete. Interior, and most exterior parts intact. Found what i came in for and removed my parts. At the cashier, i was told i needed to have ID to pay so i asked if i could leave the parts somewhere and pick them up later. I called the next day and this idiot told me the parts wasnt were i left it and mustve been bought by someone else. I asked him if he could find out if they were sold or just put away somewhere and he said no one here would know that answer. What a stupid ass. I drove all the way over there for these stupid fucks to just give me the run around. I wasted my time too gettting those parts. But, its all good. Seeing the area these idiots lived in, i felt sorry for them. I dont blame them for being miserable little punks who like to play games, after all, look where they work......poor lames read more

The owner would not negotiate at all. I saved 20 bucks elsewhere the second time around. He is a little pricey so shop around.
