The woman did not have gloves and was freezing, so she didn't verify that she had attached the trailer trailer correctly. I drove 2 minutes down the road only for the trailer to become completely unhitched. When I called and rose the issue to their management, the manager proceeded to blame me for the incident and claim they had no responsibility to verify things were correctly attached. This business was grossly negligent and has no regard for customer service or safety.
