I typically want the chocolate ones and they had milk choc, dark choc, with nuts, without, with some cacao, without, etc. etc. There is a breakfast-type bar at the register where you can get a bowl with milk and taste it. What?!? The gal inside was super friendly and offered to help me and let me taste as much as I wanted. She was so nice to me. Great first impression! Easy to find along the back corner of the farmer's market area in an actual storefront behind the beer garden areas.

But, by accident I have found a mixture in this shop that I really like very much! It's called 'Kickstarter'. There is a specific mixture aimed for men and one for women, but in principle it's about what you like best. The people in the shop are always friendly and seem to know exactly what goes in each pre-mixed mixture. In their online shop you can mix all their different ingredients in their assortment to get your own perfect muesli mix. Pretty useful if you for instance like one of their ready made mixed but would like to add or subtract one or more particular ingredients. As a newly converted muesli eater I had to check in a regular supermarket what the going price for generic muesli brands is. MyMuesli is way more expensive, but they have me coming back for more! Außer dieser Dinge zum Mitnehmen gibt es Coffee-To-Go, aber auch drinnen und draußen Selbstbedienungs-Sitzplätze. Die Einrichtung ist zweckmäßig. Draußen gibt es verschiedene Sitzgelegenheiten, u. a. zwei Strandkörbe. Das Regal mit Tageszeitungen erinnert ein bisschen, aber wirklich nur klein wenig an ein Wiener Kaffeehaus. Es führt die stark befahrene Feldmochinger Straße vorbei, der Verkehr wird häufig durch die Bahnschranke behindert. Garten ist jedoch leicht nach hinten versetzt, daher halt sich der Lärm in Grenzen. Interessant zum Zuschauen ist es auf jeden Fall, wenn man sich für die Eisenbahn interessiert. Preise: Kaffee im Vergleich zu ähnlichen Geschäften in der Nähe teilweise mit Abstand am teuersten (großer Kaffee 2,40 Euro, großer Cappuccino 3,60 Euro). Jedoch stets frisch zubereitet und man sitzt recht schön, wenn einen der Straßenverkehr nicht stört. Tortenstücke relativ klein, ab 2,60 Euro. Sollten mal die Stücke im Winkelstüberl in Fischbachau sehen. Preise für Semmeln, Brot und Gebäck im Rahmen. Service: Fast nur sehr nette, fleißige und attraktive Damen. Zubereitung der Kaffeespezialitäten nimmt etwas Zeit in Anspruch, das jedoch angesichts der Frische nicht stören sollte. Wenn allerdings die Dame mit den bunt gefärbten Haaren da ist, werden oft schon um 15:00 Uhr die Zeitungen weggeräumt. Sehe ich das vor der Bestellung, mache ich stets am Absatz kehrt und trinke meinen Kaffee woanders, denn diesen Service erwarte ich bei den doch hohen Kaffeepreisen. Fazit: Bäckerei wird vor allem von Fahrgästen der S-Bahn stark frequentiert, Café lebt von Stammgästen. Sonntags ist am meisten los und teilweise fast kein Platz zu finden. Insgesamt nettes Geschäft und Location mit nur geringen Einschränkungen.

It's a lovely farmers…read moremarket-y place to buy fresh meat and produce, do some basic grocery shopping (think Trader Joe's) and get a (surprisingly affordable and delicious) bite to eat at the cafeteria counter. The fact that it's very conveniently located less than an hour outside of Munich and right off the freeway on the way to Stuttgart is just darn convenient. The cafeteria... just good German classics. Wursts, schnitzels, roasts, or meat chops - served with a vegetable side like red cabbage or green beans and a starchy side like warm potato salad or spaetzle. Waters, sodas, coffees, and beers are all available beverages. Prices at the cafeteria are quite reasonable and you'll be able to get pretty full on less than €10/person. The cafeteria seating area is huge, with extremely tall ceilings and a bright window wall facing the freeway and overlooking the entire valley that Dasing sits in. Leave it to the Bavarians to take a major freeway and turn it into an amazing picturesque dining room view. The market also maintains the rustic nature of the entire building. It's really everything you would expect at a small farmers market - with local jams, olive oils, wines, and snack foods next to fresh local produce, meats, cheeses, eggs and a selection of brand name snacks as well. Prices are very fair for the quality and you'll definitely find stuff here you wouldn't find elsewhere. It's worth a stop every time you're passing by.
