She's even learned Spanish (we are English speakers at home). The teachers are so warm, friendly and kind. They help all the children feel at home and loved. The owner is also very involved and communicative - you can tell she cares for everyone very much. It feels like a tight-knit family and I can trust my daughter is in good hands. The classrooms are spacious and clean and the school provides multiple snacks and lunch. We are so happy we found Cherry Blossom! The costs are also very affordable and reasonable. And their summer program is phenomenal, the kids get exposure to so many fun activities and learning opportunities. I highly recommend.

My experience with this daycare was extremely disappointing. I found the staff to be…read moreunprofessional, and my concerns about my child's safety were not handled appropriately. A staff member named Carolina (also referred to as Caroline), who appeared to work as a floater, pinched my son while he was in her care. I immediately reported the incident to the director and requested that she be suspended while I arranged to transfer my son to another daycare. The following day, after her suspension became known among the staff, two teachers pulled me aside in the infant room and asked me to speak with the director about shortening Carolina's suspension. I felt this was highly inappropriate and unprofessional. As a parent, I should not have been placed in the middle of an internal staffing matter, especially after reporting an incident involving my child. Although Carolina was eventually allowed to return to work, I remained deeply concerned about my son's safety. I reported the incident to the Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF) and also filed a police report. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this daycare. Parents deserve to feel confident that their children are safe, respected, and cared for appropriately.

I applied and my youngest got into the school we filled the forms and paid the fees Yes we know that the clear written information says no refunds but maybe a month later I went to the school to see the headmistress and explain to her that we may be moving we have had a family emergency and was hoping we could speak about getting the deposit back she said write and email and they maybe the board would discuss it. I sent an email May 28 then again June 11 then again June 28th and never got a single response. Not a "sorry unfortunately deposit is final" or we will review and get back to you. They just totally ignored me like I didn't just pays over $3000 that I will lose. I was DISRESPECTFUL and if this is how they treat people I am glad my child did not go there.

They take the time to get to know them and by the second week of school, they knew all of the children's names. Love that they offer early drop off (6:30am) late pick up (6pm) which is awesome. The kids get to to their homework during after care and snacks are given out as well. The food is very good and there's a menu posted in the office so you'll know ahead of time what your child will be eating. I love the fact that for drop off and pick up, the process is with your fingerprints. Makes you feel safe knowing that unless your fingerprints are saved in their system your child isn't going anywhere. So far so good and Aubrey seems to like school more and more as the days go by. 2 thumps up from me.
