It has taken me a long time to write this review, as I usually only take the time to leave feedback when I've had a positive experience. Unfortunately, that was not the case with this institution. Given the sensitive nature of the situation--because it involves our most precious gift, our children--I feel compelled to finally share my experience.
My son started attending this daycare shortly before turning 3 years old, as we had recently moved and his previous daycare was too far. During my initial meeting with the school manager, I was assured that this was the best place for him and that communication would be a top priority if any concerns arose.
To begin, I want to highlight that his first teacher, Ms. Belinda, was absolutely wonderful. My son adored her, and we were very happy with the care he received in her class. However, once he turned 3, the administration decided he needed to transition to the next classroom. That's when the issues began.
The new teacher, Ms. Marieta, unfortunately did not demonstrate the same level of care. I observed on multiple occasions through the school's camera system that she was harsh and, at times, intimidating toward the children. I noticed my son began resisting going to daycare and would actively try to return to his previous classroom each day. This raised red flags, prompting me to monitor more closely.
One incident in particular concerned me deeply: while the children were at the table for lunch, my son walked over to a shelf to get a toy. Rather than redirecting him calmly, the teacher grabbed him by the shoulders and forcefully sat him back down. This kind of handling, especially with children so young, is unacceptable and inappropriate.
I brought my concerns to the school's management, hoping they would review the footage and address the situation appropriately. Instead, I was met with denial and a lack of accountability. Not long after raising my concerns, I received a letter from the school stating that my son was struggling to adapt and had behavioral issues--something that had never been brought up before. At that point, I made the decision to withdraw him immediately.
Sadly, I do not feel that this school prioritizes the well-being of the children in their care, especially when issues arise. If you're considering this daycare, I strongly encourage you to monitor the classroom cameras regularly and trust your instincts if something feels off. I had read reviews similar to this one before enrolling and chose to give the benefit of the doubt. I now wish I had listened.
I hope that this helps another parent make a more informed decision. read more
