It gives you the quote right there and then you pick from their available time schedule. It was so so easy! Parking was a little tricky but I found a green P next to Kinton ramen just down the street. From the moment you arrive, everyone's so welcoming! I sat down with Julia pretty quickly and she took the time to look at my pictures of haircut ideas. She listened to what I was looking for and genuinely cares! Hair wash was heaven of course, and I was so ready for this cut. Julia took her time and continuously evaluated the hair length and how it was sitting. I love how meticulous she was with it all. And she was very friendly. It was easy to have a conversation with her and she just makes you feel comfortable. She ended up helping me style the new cut and I was over the moon with it! 110% recommend. Through the hour I was here, they had a few other clients in and you could tell all the stylists enjoyed chatting with them. They all have a great, welcoming aura. I also love the corner location. It allows a lot of natural light in to the salon. Thank you so much for my amazing new cut!!!

My husband has tried numerous hair styles and each one looked good. I started going here not long afterwards and found David extremely knowledgeable. I've been to hair dressers who only know how to cut and style hair but not know what works for my face shape. I trust David to give him a "surprise me" and I'm always in love with my hair. I've also had my eyebrows and upper lip done by Jenny and she's great too. This is our go to place to get our hair done and you won't be disappointed! They don't take walk-ins - by appointment only, just FYI. I liked the experience here as they were friendly, timely and took care to cut my hair how I wanted it. I showed some pictures and got nearly exactly what I wanted. I also liked how they washed my hair as a courtesy before they began cutting it - that was a very relaxing experience. They do women's haircuts and colouring as well though I'm not aware of the pricing on that. The chairs are very comfy too. The price point is a bit steep though for a men's haircut in Richmond Hill area - I think I paid almost $40 after tax and tip...it's decently Priced but there's cheaper alternatives in the area for sure...I'd be willing to try them again if my barber was out of town.

I just wish they had a website and some social media presence so I had more of a reason to pay a visit much sooner!
