Patty greeted us and enthusiastically told us all about their award winning cheeses. All the cheeses are made on site from locally sourced milk. We purchased a variety of wedges and they are absolutely delicious. I highly recommend the Trillium which is a soft creamy Brie-like cheese. We also picked up the HOPS and Nightshade cheeses which were wonderful. These were some of the best cheeses I've ever had. They offer three levels of cheese making classes on Thursdays and Saturdays. They also sell cheese related products such as cutting boards in their shop. The shop is just off Lafayette Road and 62nd Street. Parking is out front. Well worth a visit.
