There customer service is hands down, by far the best you will ever get. Once the gear arrived, man its mind blowing to see how well packaged their items were. Extremely secure, and job well done to the staff who put the time and effort to make them like that. After opening the goods, everything was in brand new condition. I can be super picky when it comes to nicks and cracks, and anything little that looks like it could of come from a bad packaging accident. Although when inspecting the item, I did not notice a single thing. All in all, this was one hell of an exciting first time experience with the store and will definitely be ordering from them again. Came here a couple times, once to drop something off for service and once to see what they had to offer for a band student needing a sax. The service area is large and I think heavily geared towards local bands. Staff is very knowledgeable and prices seem reasonable for the services. The instruments they offer cover the spectrum of musical taste. They don't have a ton of one type of instrument (for example electric guitars - they maybe have a dozen or so) but they are good price points covering from beginner to advanced. Staff is all friendly and willing to help out. If they specialize in an area they are quick to make sure they get you with the person that would be the expert in that area, but if they aren't available they are more than willing to help/take care of you. Overall have had nothing but good experiences here and would recommend them to anyone.

They specialize in stringed instruments and concertinas. Banjos, guitars, and mandolins adorn the walls in the main room. To the left of the cash register, you can peak into the workshop. You'll find some of the most beautiful banjos and guitars you've ever seen being made by hand. They don't just make instruments from scratch, but can repair your noisemaker, no matter what the damage. But Harold's work is just always exactly what I was looking for. I told someone a while back, "Take your guitar to Harold. After he gets done with it, you might drop it and break the neck, but it'll still be in tune and the action will still be lighting fast."
