Take your business literally anywhere but here to these dishonest and sorry people. My Dad dropped his guitar off here 6 months ago for a service. He checked in multiple times on when it would be completed and ready for pick, and was repeatedly told it was still not ready. Yesterday he called to check in again, and was told his guitar was sold because when they called to let him know it was ready, he didn't pick up. Nobody ever called. My step mother made a post on FB that blew up because my Dad has owned this guitar for almost 30 years and it's one of his most prized and sentimental possessions. Through her post, a man in Guntersville saw the guitar and realized he had it at his house and reached out. Thankfully, he agreed to meet my Dad and return the guitar to him. Guitars and More General Manager Eric Gibson ended up reaching out to my Dad and told him that he was the one who located the individual and found the guitar. The individual confirmed he was never contacted by Eric, so it was a bold faced lie. We are so thankful to have been able to locate my Dad's guitar thanks to so many people in the community sharing this story, and want to warn others so that no one else has to go through this. There has been zero honestly and accountability throughout this process from Guitars and More, specifically Eric Gibson the GM. Please take your hard earned money elsewhere, where you can be met with honesty, care, and respect.

Defnitley had to buy it…read more Just like anything else, I wanted a bit more information on the item, and more questioning for shipping & handling etc. Not only do they respond instantly and informatively in reverb, but directly over the phone as well. There customer service is hands down, by far the best you will ever get. Once the gear arrived, man its mind blowing to see how well packaged their items were. Extremely secure, and job well done to the staff who put the time and effort to make them like that. After opening the goods, everything was in brand new condition. I can be super picky when it comes to nicks and cracks, and anything little that looks like it could of come from a bad packaging accident. Although when inspecting the item, I did not notice a single thing. All in all, this was one hell of an exciting first time experience with the store and will definitely be ordering from them again.
