This little sandwich shop has some delicious sandwich combinations and makes the perfect lunch…read morespot. Our Airbnb was directly across from it, and we could see the lines at all hours with mostly locals, which was a good sign.
I got the prosciutto and truffle sandwich, and it was dreamy truffle bliss. It is amazing that something as simple as bread, prosciutto, and truffle spread can taste so good. My husband got a salami and pecorino sandwich which was more his speed. He really enjoyed his sandwich and finished it in no time. Prices are cheap enough that we could've split another sandwich if we had had the room, but there was no need. The only downside to this place is the lack of seating. The seating in front of the sandwich shop actually belongs to the bar next door so we weren't able to sit there. We were able to find a public bench on the street to enjoy our sandwiches, but be prepared if you're carrying a lot of luggage around with you like we were.
