Prior to visiting his office, I have tried to alleviate the discomfort on my own with a hypervolt, stretching and foam rolling. Nothing was working. Walking into his office, you feel right at home with his warm, attentive staff. Everyone was so friendly. After an in-depth review of my health history and evaluation of my nagging injuries, he determined they were mild strains that could be treated. Dr. Narson explained the techniques and technology he would be using to get me back to lifting weights again. He used the Graston technique on both areas as well as electro therapy, which I've never experienced. I have been seen by several chiropractors in the past with various injuries, however, Dr. Narson is not your typical chiropractor. He truly is dedicated to his craft and keeping up with the latest techniques and technologies to better serve his patients. Within 24 hours of my visit, I felt a noticeable difference. Four days have passed and I'm almost 100% pain free. I've resumed lifting weights with pain-free ranges of motions at my elbow and knee. I trust and wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Narson and his team of professionals to take the greatest care of you and your family. Look no further, Dr. Narson will treat your injury, get you back to being pain-free and being active.

My main issue is that she completely lacks basic customer service skills. Rather than being helpful or understanding, she came across as condescending and defensive -- lecturing me and pointing fingers when there was a simple mix-up that could've been handled professionally. At one point, she even started telling me how much she pays her employees hourly, as if that had anything to do with my situation, and made me feel like I was somehow holding up her business. When I tried to end the conversation so I could just move on with my stretch session, she actually called the location I was at and canceled my appointment while I was standing there -- which felt over the top, unprofessional, and flat-out rude. To be fair, there was some confusion with my appointments. The location closest to my home had a water leak, so I was rebooked at a different studio and time. Unfortunately, the text reminders never clearly said which location I was supposed to go to, so I ended up at the wrong one. I owned my part in that, but instead of helping resolve it, the owner decided to lecture and blame and ban me from all their locations. Extremely petty. Bottom line: this business does not understand customer service, and I would never recommend it to anyone. There are plenty of other studios -- like StretchLab -- that treat clients with respect and actually want your business.

They're very sweet and kind and they know lots of tricks to fix our ailments. I went in for my first physical therapy ever with tennis elbow. Over the course of 10 visits , they taught me some really cool stretches and weight bearing excersises that I could do at home on a regular basis to help heal the tendon. Ironically, I had to follow that up with 2 foot surgeries so continued my pleasant visits at this location, learning how to heal quicker and gain back my mobility and strength. They also taught my husband how to fix his posture and the results were almost instant (although he has to keep up the moves on a regular basis to maintain the results). Most places were overcrowded, with the PT constantly bouncing between patients and rarely giving proper attention. Often, assistants guided the sessions, and I was left on my own without clear direction. That all changed at FOX Physical Therapy. I feel very lucky to have found Braulio, who is by far the best physical therapist I have ever worked with. At first, I was nervous it would be like other facilities, but Braulio explained that he treats a maximum of two patients at a time, and that made all the difference. Braulio is incredibly attentive and present. Even when working with another patient, he is constantly watching me, giving me feedback, correcting movements, and motivating me even from across the gym. He explains exercises clearly, remembers details even months later, and truly knows how to motivate you, especially when you don't feel as strong or in shape as you once were. What really stands out is that he stays focused on the work. There's no wasted time or unnecessary chatting. You can genuinely tell that he cares about your recovery and progress. I could go on with many specific examples, and write an immense review, but the bottom line is that Braulio is a highly skilled, dedicated, and truly caring physical therapist, and I recommend him without hesitation. I am still working with him and have seen amazing improvements. The facility itself is also very clean, well organized, and fully equipped for proper rehabilitation.
