This speaks volumes about his skills because I am a very picky client and I've had a lot of experience. Chiro/Acupuncture: After my massage I see Dr. Riley for chiro and acupuncture. She uses a variety of methods depending on what I need that day. It's not a boxed protocol like what you get at other places, it's a specialized service for my exact needs. Sometimes she applies E-stim, other times a cold laser....the other day the mechanical bed stretched me out.... it was amazing. I have been to several acupuncture places with actual Chinese doctors practicing authentic TCM....this place is way more professional, much cleaner and nicer and everything is brand new, and my sessions here are much more effective. I always feel like a million bucks after my sessions with her and I strongly recommend this place over the others. I sleep better, I feel better mentally, my digestion is better, I feel balanced. And not only is she a miracle worker, I absolutely adore her!!! She is funny and kind and very sharp. She really listens to her patients and truly cares about them. Functional: I see Dr. Clouthier....and wow what an incredible doctor he is!!! He is super knowledgeable, experienced and explains things to me in such great detail and makes sure that I understand. This is a doctor that actually spends time with you, listens to you and genuinely wants to help you. That is so rare these days. Anywhere else you'll be pushed through the system like a number and not understanding how to navigate or take charge of your health. Here, I feel very comfortable. As a woman, typically I don't feel comfortable with male doctors, I strongly prefer to go to female doctors, but with Dr. Clouthier I felt very much at ease. Yes it is somewhat expensive out of pocket to go here not covered by insurance, but it's all 1000% worth it. Without your health you have nothing. I love to invest in my health in any way that I can. All of the staff members are so incredibly helpful and kind. They are always so warm and welcoming. They always check to see if your insurance will cover anything even if there's a low likelihood they will still do the work and check. And they always tell you how much stuff costs ahead of time if you ask. And I love the waiting room with the cheerful chalkboard art and wellness literature. I love that they are very spiritual and all about natural healing. It is all aligned with my personal beliefs. While I do believe conventional medicine has its many valuable uses, I still believe we are generally meant to be self-healing. I feel it is important to share my recent experience with cryo T-shock treatments at your Woodlands…read morelocation. As someone who is 5'6", weighs 138 lbs, and has a BMI of 22, I had no weight to lose and was only interested in some cellulite reduction and skin tightening. One of your technicians--who was very kind, so I will not mention her by name--recommended six cryo T-shock sessions, assuring me that this would be sufficient for the results I wanted. PHotos were taken prior, but not after the sessions as their was no improvement to document. Unfortunately, not only were these sessions ineffective, but my legs also appear worse than before. The fact remains that the six sessions did not work; you yourself acknowledged this by suggesting we "try other things" and utilize the 'new' equipment (red light therapy) at your new Timberloch location that was previously unavailable at Sawdust. This indicates that the original treatment plan may not have been the best approach for my goals. My work schedule does not allow me additional time to "try" more options or sessions that may or may not work to meet my goal; I specifically set aside time for these six sessions with the expectation they would be effective as advised. Since this has clearly not been the case, I am asking you to do the right thing and cancel the remainder of my balance with thier financial institution. After initially reaching out to address my concerns and being refused a resolution, I attempted to leave an honest review reflecting my opinion--a right that every customer should have. Instead, I discovered that I had been blocked from all your social media platforms. This response is both unprofessional and concerning, as it silences genuine customer feedback. At this time, your package has been fully completed, and there are no further services or adjustments available. Sincerely, Contour Body Imaging They, whoever the owner is, said my payment obligation to Cherry not Contour Body and the payment remains in place even after your treatments are completed. They said they do not have the ability to cancel or adjust those payments, and they will expect the balance to be paid according to your financing terms. While it's possible that others may be satisfied with their results, I was not. I have found it difficult to verify this since there are no before and after photos available for reference for similar treatments. I wanted a massage badly, like a real one and not some foot spa. I purchased a 90 min massage with aromatherapy. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. The receptionist new my name as soon as I walked in. Very attentive. I didn't have to wait long for my massage therapist. My massage therapist, Anita, was knowledgeable and listened to my concerns. I have a problem with my sinuses acting up when I'm prone (on my stomach for those non medical. Lol) for a while on the table. She offered to do my massage in side lying next time. I've never had a massage therapist suggest that or even notice that it happens to some people. At the end of the massage, she gave me a cup of cold water and a shower bomb for respiratory and sinus. She also massaged the triangular area of the sacrum that often causes lower back pain, which other places ignore. I'm not sure if it's because this is a sports recovery place, but wow. The pressure she used was excellent. I'm more light to medium. If it was too firm, she told me to let her know cause a massage should be enjoyable and not painful. I also liked the fact that she didn't talk much unless I had something to say. I could close my eyes and enjoy the quiet moment, aside from the usual massage music. It is VERY cramped and dark with no windows, like a dungeon, and the layout is quite strange. To get there you have to walk down a long, long hallway through another doctor's waiting room, then finally you get to the equipment way in the back by the emergency exit. I know she probably moved to this new office to save on rent, but it's a big step down from the bright, roomy clinic she had before. I would still return for PT with her, however.
