I am…read moreextremely concerned about the standard of care provided and the absolute negligence displayed during my bothers visit today 25/02/25. Firstly, my brother was charged €70 for a consultation where the doctor had to Google his symptoms online, which is completely unacceptable. Despite this, my brother was still left uncertain about his condition, with no clear diagnosis provided. He was given no duty of care, and, crucially, no referral letter was issued for the concerning lump in his private area. My brother left the consultation worried sick and without guidance on the next steps. Given the nature of his symptoms, I fail to understand why he was not immediately referred to the Urology Department into Dr Gavin or Kieran especially when the doctor seemed unsure about his condition. This demonstrates a clear lack of duty of care and absolute negligence in the handling of his case. I strongly believe that Legal Practitioners Disciplinary Tribunal (LPDT) requires further investigation on this "family practice" especially into the level of care provided for clients, particularly given the serious nature of my brother's concerns. Furthermore, I will be throughly investigating further myself and I would also advise everyone to stay clear of this "family practice". Sure it's evident given other reviews I have read, this place is more driven on sales. Not to mention this is not the first time they failed to address my family wellness issues. I have advised all my family members to move immediately from this practice. And I will also continue to use word of mouth further to make sure others are given the same advice. Steer clear.
