I was seeking physio / RMT to help me cope with complications after having a total hip replacement in Dec 2011. I have heteropic bone growth which limits my ROM. I am a journeyman brick and stone mason and my work is physically exhausting.
my first consult with the Physiotherapist was promising. My second appt with the RMT gave my hands and hip relief for the first time in a very long while. However I made a third appt for Feb 9 th and arrived on time. I saw several staff walk by me but none acknowledged my presence. After 45 mins ( I had more plans for my day off) a gentlemen approached me. He informed me that they had made my appointment for the 16th. My response was clear in that my sister's due date ( which I have known for more than 6 months) was that day. I infact have an appt card stating it was on the 9th. On the 15th I received a voicemail, expecting a apology for their mistake but instead it was a reminder for the 16th. I called and informed them it was a phantom appt. The reception was, to say the least, incompetent. Infact she was stupid. I will never waste my time in that place again. read more
