Which is important when you are being healed with hurt. I came here with a somewhat debilitating neck complaint, and my pain has been removed. I found Fiona to be very skilled using experience to diagnose me expertly and assess quickly that it was actually my arm muscles restricting my neck movement. After some intense treatment of those muscles my neck is no longer strained and my posture has straightened - I feel great. I can highly recommend Fiona and her team, who are light hearted, but serious about their job. I've had massage, acupuncture and ultrasound treatments and they were all exceptional.

This is not the place to come for an ego boost, I was immediately told I have knock-knees and Patellofemoral Maltracking. Same to you buddy! Also I walk wrong. Such a failure. Elevate are certainly thorough. Physiotherapy is combined with remedial massage (the aforementioned torture) and acupuncture for fast results. I have only been twice now and I feel better already so that's good. Elevate have every type of service your ageing body could need and a no-wait policy so if your appointment starts late you receive 50% off. Beware though, if you cancel an appointment within 24 hours they charge you. Quid pro quo, Clarice. Quid pro quo.

Worst practice Ive ever been to. I was referred by my partners friend to see Jerry. I get into the…read morepractice and Im taken into the booth by a young lady and Im told to get comfortable. After a few moments the lady comes back an starts massaging my back even though it was my shoulder I needed treatment on. After about 10 or so minutes "Jerry" comes in and abruptly tells me to sit up, and he begins twisting my body all sorts and making me feel uncomfortable. He only stayed with me for 5-10 minutes! Im here to see him not the other people that seem to just be glorified receptionists... Worst of all he yells out to one of his staff and bluntly instructs them to put a machine on me, and scalded them when they pressed something wrong. Horrible treatment of staff and I couldnt believe I paid money for this service, I was better off getting a massage at an Asian place over this farce. Appauling, and Im never going back. 0/5
