After a few moments the lady comes back an starts massaging my back even though it was my shoulder I needed treatment on. After about 10 or so minutes "Jerry" comes in and abruptly tells me to sit up, and he begins twisting my body all sorts and making me feel uncomfortable. He only stayed with me for 5-10 minutes! Im here to see him not the other people that seem to just be glorified receptionists... Worst of all he yells out to one of his staff and bluntly instructs them to put a machine on me, and scalded them when they pressed something wrong. Horrible treatment of staff and I couldnt believe I paid money for this service, I was better off getting a massage at an Asian place over this farce. Appauling, and Im never going back. 0/5

Sometimes you need to wait a bit to see her, (maybe half an hour in the morning rush?) but I don't mind, because everyone is getting the same depth of care.
