After ordering a sissel pillow size medium online, I started using it once it arrived. After 4 or 5 nights I stopped using it as my neck pain got considerably worse and I started to have migraines. When I put the pillow back into the box I realised the pillow was a size large. I then contacted the company via their website to explain and ask for a medium pillow. After a couple of weeks I noticed I got no reply so I called the company only to be told I should have checked the pillow upon arrival and I wasn't entitled to a refund or replacement because I didn't contact them within 2 weeks. There were a few emails back and forth. Luke was the guy emailing me, very condescending! I never write bad reviews but I believe I was unfairly treated. I paid big money for a pillow, a product. The company admitted it was their fault that I got the wrong size but apparantly cannot find the complaint I made with 2 weeks, how convenient. read more
