I got married in November 2022, I knew i was fat, but didn't realize exactly how fat until my wedding pictures showed up right after Christmas. I saw those pictures and said, "wow, i'm going to die." I am just over 6 feet tall, and assumed I weighted about 350 pounds. I panicked and googled weight loss centers, and found this one. January 4th 2023 I went in and was shocked, horrified, embarrassed that I actually weighted 401 pounds. On the spot I set a goal of getting to 200 pounds. I signed up for 20 weeks (knowing that wouldn't be enough and I would need to do another 20 weeks or more). The first 20 weeks I lost 111.5 pounds, The Second 20 weeks I lost another 66 pounds. I am nearly done with my 3rd 20 weeks and I have lost another 25 pounds. The first 20 weeks I averaged just over 5 pounds a week, this second go round I am averaging about 3.5 pounds per week, the last 20 weeks I haven't had a huge number, but my body Fat has been consistently decreasing and my muscle mass has been increasing (body fat is down under 15%, which is wild because I was over 50% when I started). Extremely happy with the program. I am hovering around 200 pounds right now (lowest was 200.2). Physicians Weight Loss has really helped change my life for the better. I did the program for a whole year, and during that time I lost over 60 pounds. I was able to keep the weight off for more than a year, and in January I actually signed up for another round of the weight loss program because I want to lose a little bit more. The staff there are very supportive and encouraging. If you have a week where you gain weight they'll sit down with you to try to figure out what's going on and what you can change the next week. Scheduling appointments is very easy. I've never had any trouble getting in to see the doctor or making an appointment with a staff member when I'm getting off track and need help. The doctor takes time to answer all of your questions and I never feel like he is rushing me through. The first time on this program I lost over 30lbs. I kept if off for over 2 years. Then, I had back issues and was unable to focus on my eating. I gained most of it back. I am back on plan and am dropping consistently every week. The key to success is to stick to the guidelines given. Have done several weight loss programs over the years. This program is by far the best and most successful. The staff is the most knowledgeable, professional and encouraging I have ever encountered. I have had great results with Physicians Weight Lost Centers, Lipogenetics procedure. I want to have cut ripped abs and through diet and exercise I never got the cut that I wanted. Within my first three treatments I started seeing more definition, and I actually lost 5 inches in my abdominal areas.
