Please listen -- DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I paid nearly $900 essentially for B-12 shots. For starters, I never saw a doctor, not once, not even after I asked to. Kudos for Sonia for a really good sales pitch but in the end it felt like a giant scam. Other than the B-12 shots, they recommend a 1 week "detox" diet to start which if you stick to this diet religiously you will lose weight. The challenge is that you cannot stick to this diet forever and every week that I came and saw continued weight gain, Sonia just gave me a B-12 shot and told me to do the detox diet again for another week. This went on for months. In addition, apparently Sonia is the only one who could administer the B-12 shots and since they don't utilize appointments, there were a number of times I showed up after driving almost an hour to be told that Sonia wasn't there so I couldn't get the shot. That meant I got turned away because there wasn't anything else they did at a visit besides that. The other thing that bummed me out about this place is that they do not seem to care about their patients once they successfully get their money. There were numerous time where my schedule resulted in me not being able to go to the center for weeks -- there wasn't so much as a call or text to check in and see how I was doing or whether I was planning to come in. It took them 4 months to call after I had found another practice and hit my weight loss goals. By the way that practice is Dr. G's Weightloss Center in Brickell -- I HIGHLY recommend them over this sham of a place. Do not waste your money -- you have been warned. read more

This was a horrible experience. The woman who is helping not only harasses via telephone to come in for her sale pitch, but once you are there they are charging almost 1000.00 that does not include the other amenities offered. There is no Doctor present. The cheapest program offers things you can do from your house. This is good for someone who has a minimum of 2,000 to spend on a gamble of products that may or may not help lose weight. Be cautious this woman is a shark and very manipulative. Better to go to a real Doctor present that can explain in detail what to expect. read more

I was helped by SONIA the office manager. I told her I was looking into the program and she is a REALLY good seller. Was very willing to help with getting you started and gave me the WHOLE entire story of weight loss. I was very hesitate to enroll but she said that I can cancel ANYTIME if I am not happy with the services. I received NO Products and went home to only call in the morning for a FULL REFUND that was promised. That was 2 months ago and I am still fighting to get my 900 back. I finally called the back to put in for an investigation. I went back once to inform SONIA and she asked me to stop the investigation and she will give me a FULL Refund that she swears on her children. I have been trying to reaching her NO ANSWER. I try again to contact this company and the lady that answer the phone, witch is an employee did not know the name of the supervisor nor the Dr. that she works for. I signed up hopeful and looking to lose some weight. The staff is not really interested in you as a person. Wants to sell the program and the fat reducing laser treatment. Once you sign up you could really drop dead! No one on one counseling or encouragement. Feels like a drive through weight loss clinic. The diet is a 900 calorie a day deal. I recently found out that Sonia charged my credit card double $350.00 plus another $350.00. I called her and she did not remember and I told her that I had an invoice of the payment and I cannot believe that she was so rude and pushy towards me and my wife. I will report it to the police and FRAUD office. I am shocked that she tried to make excuses that physician is not in office and I kept asking her about the doctor but she had no answers. I have not seen a doctor. I'm not sure if the two ladies have licenses or RN licenses? I'm worried I might get an infection or get sick. Please don't make business with this company, I enroll my son in this plan, they charge me too much and the worst is that they charge my card twice. I trying to find out where is my son record to see how much is left from this program and for about two years I still keep asking Sonia for my son records and still she can't find my son records. I do not trust this place, they mostly cheat you with the information just for you to sign and that you pay a high price. Sonia is the person who can least trust this place, only interested in selling and nothing more. never have the products on the other hand it is always a tragedy a gossip among the employees that also involve the customers. in the end you realize that you lost but everything has a rebound effect because you use products that are not natural. Good Afternoon Mr. Valbuena, I would like to inform me you that I am extremely unsatisfied with the lack of attention on my case for the following reasons: I made an big financial effort to start this program and by the time I had my first interview there I have asked if the medications would affect my heart bit because I take prescriptions for anxiety and depression for more than 5 years and had that feeling before with some diet supplements. The lady, who was very kind explained that I didn't need to take them because you had a parch system that would be working wonderful. I not just bought the am and pm parches but also bought the infra red sessions to burn the fat around my belly. When I start the first week of the detox, I felt very tired, had a very strong headache and my heat was pounding. I was just using the parches am and pm, and drinking the pink powder mixed with water and following the guide with the food. I went there on Feb. 26th and explained that to another lady. I have never seen the Dominican lady who sold me the program there again. She told me that it was ok and that I haven't loose all that they were expecting. She gave me a week of supplies including the 3 foods a day that I bought and multivitamins. Since I was still not feeling well, I gave the parches to a friend of mine and explained why. I went back to the Center on March 6th to weight myself and get the infrared applied and told Sonia that I had my house on sale and had received an offer it gave me a couple of weeks to move, since it was a "as is" sale. I explained that I have two children and would be moving and due to the waiting time every time I go to the center, I would not be able to go for the next month. She told me not to worry about it that if it was necessary we could freeze my contract but anyways I was still on time and could take my time and come back at any time. During the moving, I have called several times to inform you that I was moving far away from the center and it would be hard to go there. Sonia told me that she would be talking to the doctor and explain my situation. I sent several messages by email and have never heard from you, call in numerous times, left messages, talked to Sonia, talked to Lidiny until last Saturday when I call and after 15 minutes waiting, they hang up the call so I've checked your web page to see at what time do you close on Saturdays and it says at 3pm, so I drove to the center and the door was locked, I called from the door and Sonia told me that you were already closed since 1pm. A client who was inside opened the door for me and I ask Sonia to please give me my files because I was not willing to wait for any longer. She told me to go back on Monday and promised that she would have a copy of my file there at 9 am, instead, I have received a call from Dr. Garcia, who I have never seen at the center saying that unfortunately, he wouldn't be able to do anything to help since my contract was expired. I was very surprised and asked him to send me my files back since I had already made an appointment with an attorney to review my case, yesterday, June 13th. Today is the 14th and I still don't have anything by mail or email. I was not even complaining about the reactions physically had from the program (Juice/parches) and was just trying to get the credit for what has not been used and you have been extremely unfair to me. It is my right to have a copy of my file and I expect to receive it today. I will now, take it to my psychiatry and to my attorney for their review. It is very unfortunate that you didn't know how to handle and have a better customer service approach on this. I look forward to receive my file no later than today. read more
