An inflamed muscle. I pulled something or pushed something wrong during a training run. And now after seeing Rena Bissessar and the people at Vissers Physical Therapy, I feel much better. Expertise, efficiency, humanity -- Vissers is the dream package for PT. Currently, I'm progressing through the care plan, doing the stretches at home, and having a few followups ... but then only for what is necessary. And that's incredible -- past experiences with PT have always been a bit more hit-or-miss and my own comprehension of what needed to be done to get better. And a lot of PT places felt like they weren't really looking to help, they were looking to bill my insurance. Not so with Vissers!
