I IMMEDIATELY noticed the difference in atmosphere, attention to detail and quality of work done by Dr. Engelmann and his staff. You will not be dissapointed!

I printed and filled out the new patient intake forms ready for my appointment in a neat manila envelope. I get a call from the secretary that he is observing the Holiday on Monday, okay no problem. I asked when he's available, sometime afternoon so I could arrange it during my lunch break. She tells me that doctor is available at 1pm on Wednesday, perfect. I received a text to confirm my appointment and replied with Y for Yes and they reminded me to bring my forms. I was punctual to my appointment, and as I was about to call the office, as they instructed me to do so, upon arrival, I'm bombarded with the doctor and a thermometer gun straight to my head without a hello. For practicing alternative medicine and not standard allopathy, it's a pretty telling signal if they're completely okay with pointing an infrared laser directly at your pineal gland so nonchalantly. FIRST red flag and probably the biggest one! I already felt uneasy this was the man that was going to be practicing on me... Then the short little red head secretary running around telling you to wash your hands, super stringent on the COVID protocols. Is anyone going to tell them immunity is innate and not injected? Terrain theory trumps germ theory and being hyper paranoid about pathogens/mibcrobes/etc. They had their masks on, the secretary wore hers below her nose, but was adamant about my washing my hands, when I'm about to touch the pen she JUST handled to fill out another form. Absolutely ZERO logic or common sense. I wait in the room as she starts filing my paperwork, while the doctor enters another room and sees a patient who entered after me. I asked the secretary what time her appointment was and she told me 1pm, so apparently they double book patients, and that's their standard protocol. Which again makes ZERO sense, knowing my visit was going to be longer as it's my first and the doctor would have to go over medical history etc. After waiting around 10 minutes and still not being seen by the doctor, I asked to have my forms returned to me yet the secretary didn't want to hand them to me and rudely said "You have issues" Issues for doing things logically, efficiently, effectively and orderly? Apparently common sense, consideration, and courtesy in our degenerate society is now having "issues". Who would ever want to be a patient here?

Excellent service! I have been coming here since November 2016…read more The front-desk reception is very friendly and organized. This is a great indicator of the service you will receive. All of the therapists whom mainly work the electrotherapy machines and the therapeutic ultrasounds are great. They were very attentive to where I was experiencing pain. You can sense that they have a genuine care and interest for their work, and patients. There is one masseuse, and she is awesome! My muscles ALWAYS feel relaxed afterwards. Her techniques always helped to alleviate the tension wherever I might have been feeling some discomfort that day. For me it was mostly my upper back and neck. Both Doctors here provided exceptional care on both the clinical treatments and customer service, they both know what they are doing. Dr. Schmer is a great person, with a great positive energy, it's almost contagious! I believe in giving credit where credit is due, and the reason I was compelled to leave this review is that here they understand that while patient care is what a clinic was made for, adding a touch of personal, and genuine interest in your patients is the icing on the cake for ANY type of business! I will be returning here in the future! And I will DEFINITELY recommend this clinic to anyone looking for Chiropractic care!

Let me just say that this place is awesome! My dad suffered a stroke back on Thanksgiving of 2017…read moreand his mobility has changed ever since. After going under heart surgery to receive 5 bypasses, he was put in a rehabilitation center to help him get moving again. Afterwards, he would physical therapy done to him at home and then told to go outside the house to continue receiving the care. My dad first was placed at Cora Rehabilitation in Miami Lakes but absolutely hated it because he was put on machines only and left with no guidance or help to keep him going. He was basically off to fend for himself. I found Physical Therapy Now through a Google search and saw that people loved it here so I decided to call them up and make an appt for him there. Let me just say Wow! My dad was able to get the one-on-one care he needed and was improving. The therapists are very nice people and would even keep me company while I would wait for them to finish with him. I really appreciate how the center does not get packed with people because it really is a one on one interaction with you therapist and they definitely make the patient feel comfortable. Unfortunately, after switching my dads insurance, he is not able to come here anymore because his physician is not partnered with Physical Therapy Now and cannot be sent over here. We are trying to see what we can do to come back here because my dad will literally not go anywhere else for therapy except here. In the meantime, I recommend anyone who needs therapy for themselves or know someone else who needs it, this is definitely the place to go!

From day one, the staff has been welcoming, professional, and supportive. The therapists are knowledgeable and truly take the time to explain things not just to patients but also to students like me. You can tell they care about getting people better, not just going through the motions. Management runs the clinic really well. Everything is organized, and the environment feels positive and efficient. There's a strong sense of teamwork between everyone, which makes the whole place feel like a family. They handle scheduling and patient flow smoothly, and you always see someone checking in to make sure everything's running right. The patients also bring a great energy to the clinic. Many of them come in with tough injuries, but they stay motivated and seem to really trust the staff. Watching them make progress over time has been one of the most inspiring parts of being here.
