This location recently became a Baylor facility as of April 1st. It's awesome to have a location…read moreso close to home. I've seen all 4 of the physical therapists here. Edgar is the center manager, Carol, Javon and Shamus. All have made me sore and hurt in different ways. All good therapeutic ways of course. This was my first experience with physical therapy after a recent foot surgery. All the physical therapists have been friendly extremely through and knowledgable in their field. Also patient with all my questions or concerns. I was usually the last appointment which is convenient so I didn't have to take off of work or use my PTO. I observed the cleaning practices after each patient left. Cleaning off the tables, equipment, and tools that were used. I Witnessed this every time I was there. Also the equipment was always being put back in its spot. There is a lot of machines and other equipment so if it's not put back it could pose a tripping hazard. This office is very organized and in order. The therapists don't play, the mission for me was to stretch the scar tissue and they surely accomplished that. The first appointment was mainly an assessment on where I was and what my range of motion is vs. where it should be. My surgery was in May but I was just sent to therapy several weeks afterward. I feel I'm behind on the healing process. They run very true to appointment time. I normally get taken back at the exact appointment time. The one time I had to bring someone with me (to wait for me) was the only time they were 10 minutes late calling me back. But that's how it goes sometimes. This office schedules on the half hour and the last appointment is at 5:30. Valerie runs the front desk and she's very friendly as is the entire staff. If you are in a position to need these services, this is a great office and location. It felt like a family, it was a fun yet serious hard working environment, and most times I was sore and in pain from being pushed, pulled, tugged and stretched for part of my time there. In the end I was very pleased and a little sad that I would no longer need to go. Many thanks to the entire staff for helping me through the rehab.

New year, New ME! Thanks to my medical team. I continue to pray for forward progress in all…read moreperspectives of my life. Here at physical therapy, I am thankful for my main therapist Carol, my alternate therapist Edgar, and my friendly front desk Smile,Tiffanee....'scheduler/check-in/insurance handler/phone support'. I know that I have to put in the work and be accountable and realistic. I know with this team helping me set attainable goals, I can have more confidence in becoming stronger, more independent, and manage my pain better. It's a lifestyle change not just a quick fix and I appreciate their sincerity, professionalism, knowledge, demonstration of skills, and motivational relationships that this staff presents. I really want to stay at my optimal performance and I know that I find therapy as effective and sometimes more so than when I have to take a pain pill. God bless this team!!! And BSW rehabs!!
