This was important for me to put because I take customer service very seriously and he was spot on in his delivery. He offered assurance, answered my questions and was very friendly. As far as the store, there wasn't anything that I could not find in this store and they had a wide array of everything. I came here for a protein drink and I also needed to re-up on "pre-workout" powder. Get back to work and I realize there's no way I should have paid as much as I did. So next AM, after going to gym 5 minutes away, I stop in when they open to discuss with store. Same guy is there. He looks up order and realizes he rang in wrong product, apologizes and tells me I'm owed $14. Everybody makes mistakes. So since his attitude is good and he's genuinely sorry, I purchased another product for $40 and take the difference off. This store is wide and bright with lots of space. Perhaps more selections will be added? I wonder this because the one I frequent though not as wide had more selections than this one did. For example they only had a few of the natural body care items that the one on 22 has. Also the selection of some of the supplements was slightly less. This didn't break my visit though and I was able to get what I needed. The staff were just as friendly and the location is similar, being one of many strips off of RT-46.
