He has none for me to use but begrudgingly said that I could sit on a milk crate where I tried to catch my breath. I walked on there figuring I could purchase tissues there since it bills itself as a "convenience center" (we all know what the smoke shop is all about). As I sat there trying to catch my breath from carrying two heavy bags he began to yell at me...this is a young man in his late 20's! While I didn't plan on hanging out there all night long, I simply wanted to sit until I could catch my breath. He asked: "How long is THAT going to take???" Safe to say, this is a guy who never gets invited to any good parties and is not yet happy...at all. He also lacks basic compassion for a fellow human being. Some might say that it's better to shop locally at stores where they DON'T YELL AT SOMEONE TRYING TO CATCH THEIR BREATH. This night shift dude should not be working with people or animals, IMHO. I hope this business becomes a happier place because its vibe is so not the NYC I know and love. I will be speaking to the NYC Mayor's Office on People with Disabilities about this place of business, you can count on THAT! Bye bye meanie man!

One of the coolest perks is that you can enjoy a complimentary coffee with your purchase in their upstairs lounge. And before anyone asks, no, you can't smoke your flower there. As for the other perks, you'll have to stop by and discover those for yourself. I was particularly impressed to see that they carry Durban Poison, one of my favorite strains from my home country of South Africa. I definitely wasn't expecting to find it here, so that was a pleasant surprise. The selection is solid, and the pricing is reasonable as well. I'll definitely be back.

What they have: all in one devices for the newbie a few varieties of e-cig fluid aka juice, some knock off mods, branded aspire products, the g pen, a few dry heb pens, the Pax portable dry herb vaporizer, the volcano. The e-cig devices fit on a scant few shelves, they dont sell ego batteries, tanks or replacement coils (but shopkeeper, you should). If you're out of juice, this place may sell something you like, but it's hit or miss, you cant try the flavors, but the price for the juice is relatively low. Since there are no vape lounges and only one other shop I know in the area on 9th and 44/43, and a dedicated vape shop on 50th, this place may be what you need in a pinch, but if you need parts, tanks, a new battery, you'll have to look elsewhere. Miidtown needs a Haneley's vape style lounge like in Soho.

Stopped into Bud & Honey in Manhattan looking for a disposable vape. The experience got off to a…read morebit of an odd start. When I walked in, a guy approached me while on his phone and drinking a Red Bull, and I honestly didn't realize he was an employee at first... no identifying clothing and not exactly an attentive first impression. They had a $25 vape listed on special with "three left" in their tablet ordering system. I was the only person in the store, so it was a little confusing when, by the time I got to the counter, they were already out. They offered a different strain from the same brand, and when I asked if it would be the same price, I was told yes. When I went to pay, it rang up at $35. I asked just to confirm, and sure enough, it was more expensive. Not the end of the world, but between the inaccurate system and the miscommunication on pricing, it made the overall customer service experience feel worse than it needed to be. In a place like Manhattan, where you can practically throw a rock and hit a cannabis dispensary, consistency and clarity matter. Based on this experience, I'd probably look elsewhere next time

Aka 2 hours later, not 30 minutes. When I called out how ridiculous it is to mislead customers like that the person on instagram was incredibly rude in response. Not worth the attitude, take your business elsewhere. UPDATE - whoever runs their instagram account "threatened" me by saying they would screenshot and post our conversation. 1. I do social media for a living and have for over 12 years. It's illegal for a business to post anything from a customer without explicit consent. 2. Still zero accountability that the "be back in 30 minutes" sign was put up in error as they actually meant that they would be back in 2 hours.

When I pointed it out to them, they didn't give me a refund for what I was overcharged for. The sales dude try to tell me the tax is higher because I bought two products, which is bs. Plus, I hated that a bunch of 20-somethings walked in and out and they did not get ID'd, but I got singled out, even though I was around their age.
