I needed a black-and-white photo printed, one I took of my 1902 house in Seattle - my plan is to…read moreadd a current photo of the house to the other 3 that I received from the King County records office when I bought the house in 1998 - they provided 3, one from 1922, one from 1956, one from 1965... the basic shape of the house is the same except for siding type (went from shiplap to asbestos siding) (and the roof pitch was eventually lowered) but the basic shape and footprint of it yet remains despite all of the changes I made to it over the years. Within 1 day Nam Nguyen had a perfect black-and-white print from a photo I emailed to him - and here's the kicker, he didn't charge me for it! Said because we're neighbors (I work on the same block as his shop) it was on the house. And the photo print in black and white is perfect. So rare to meet someone like him, someone who actually listens and is interested and does his best to make someone happy.

We screened a number of videographers, but eventually settled on Pangeality. We were very pleased with the results. Pangeality was very responsive and took us through what we needed to know to get the best results. They appeared early at the meeting site to work with us to determine the best location for the equipment and test out audio quality. The last was was especially critical because we were recording speakers. Pangeality also did a great job with post-production, editing out unnecessary segments that detracted from the viewing experience. It's always nice to find someone who is good at what they do because you save screening time, and you can be comfortable with the service you're going to receive. Nice work, Pangeality.
