They're slow to respond, Patty is insanely rude, you'll never speak to Maureen, and did you know if you're an authorized driver and someone on the policy is in an accident you can't drive the rental? This is not an issue with other insurance companies...State Farm just loves to be difficult. I will NEVER go back to State Farm.
