I have some Anna Griffin products that I purchased from HSN online, such as her signature elegant…read moreand vintage-themed clear stamps, gold steel cutting dies, and flocked craft papers. She used to sell rubber stamps and foam stamp sets... Anna Griffin started out by professionally creating her own invitations and stationery in the 1990s after majoring in environmental design in college and graduated in 1988, and after she donated her works to charity to get her name out. She even designed for (wedding gown designer) Vera Wang. By 2000s, she moved on towards the scrapbooking . For the past several years, she has made several guest appearances during craft marathons on HSN selling her craft items (mainly floral designs and seasonals/holidays), including craft machines with her name on them. She occasionally held a 'warehouse sale' online to make room for her new lines and participates in trade shows. Her collection is not made in the USA; it's in Taiwan. However, it's decent quality so far. Since her clear stamps are made in Taiwan, they're made with silicone material and not photopolymer (higher quality) so the clear stamps tend to be a bit stubborn to peel off the clear storage backing. Sometimes I watch her live on HSN channel during the marathon, as I like her professional presentation and how she enthusiastically markets her trade. She doesn't rely on in-house reps or send her staff to demonstrate her products in her place. She also has a southern belle stance about her while she stands next to the chatty hosts who sometimes interrupt her as she's demo'ing and enjoys communicating with her customers. I hope she visits my home city where I can get her autograph ;)

The owner, William, quickly showed me that it was just a button that was pressed and also showed me how to make the settings correct. He did all of this with no charge. My last visit was because I dropped my camera and several pieces were broken. William was very nice giving me an estimate, and also working with my insurance company, so that I could get a full reimbursement for his services and repairs. He is now open three days a week instead of five. So before you visit make sure to plan accordingly. He is definitely an expert in camera repair. And I will continue to go to him for all of my camera needs.

I have never…read morewritten a negative review but I do not want any other brides having the experience I had with this photographer. Derek is a fun guy with a great personality who knows how to take a good picture. However, I was less than impressed at the amount of unprofessional behavior he showed. I had to call and text numerous times to get a hold of him, he arrived 20 minutes later than he said he would on my wedding day, I never got my engagement pictures taken due to the fact that he would never return texts or calls about doing them, he made several comments towards my bridesmaids that made them feel uncomfortable, he missed several crucial takes such as the bouquet toss, he asked one of my guests (female I might add) for her number at the reception, he went to the hotel after the reception to "party" with my guests and was then asked to leave. Lastly, it took 3 months to see any of the pictures he took and another 2 months to get what I ordered. He spent those 3 months telling me it would be one more week. Hiring Derek Shane Fotos is the only part of my wedding I regret. To those looking to hire him especially the brides-to-be, keep looking. There is no excuse for any of this behavior Derek exhibited and the stress with working with an unprofessional, insincere, and careless photographer is simply not worth it.
