I had the BEST experience from the beginning to end! I left a message about needing a photographer…read morefor my wedding and received a call back with 24 hours. We went over my needs and what option would fit best. We conversed several times before my wedding through email AND calls. She was early for or ceremony as she had never been to the location before. She spent time with my husband and I and did exactly what I wanted. I've heard of many brides having to wait months to see the proofs, but I viewed mine in less than 2 weeks. I then order some of the photos in her metal Wall Art and they are absolutely stunning! Hands down a fantastic experience!!! Thank you for capturing these special moments for us!

I originally had no issue other than feeling rushed/ uncomfortable during my shoot. The…read morephotographer had a very pompous attitude towards me and my friend joining me for grad pictures. I figured making conversation would make it easier to make the shoot go by smoother. For starters I had given a location on campus to meet and I was there ahead of time (4:55) receiving a call at 5 asking where I was despite being at the location I gave. I chalked it up to miscommunication on both of our parts. As the shoot went on I didn't think it was the best experience for me and my friend agreed. My mother emailed her because some of the pictures looked very sloppy but there were a few we were satisfied with. In the email she came across very condescending towards my mom and seemed to have make up a rule that was never stated on the website where does it state that you only get 30 pictures... every photographer I have shot with chargers for the hour with no limit of pictures as long as you are done within the time allotted. At the end of the shoot she asked if I wanted to take pictures anywhere else and I stated yes that I do have a place in mind and would be on the football stadium I asked if it was okay she stated yes so we made our way over there and someone was on the field taking pictures I assumed we would wait for them to be finish so that we could get pictures where they were (center of the field) she said we don't have time for the that. In the email she pointed the blame on me going over time despite her offering to take the extra pictures and also pointing the blame for being late another engagement. If you have poor time management skills that is on you don't offer something if you know you don't have the time to do it. As of right now (1:20pm 05/07/2023) she deleted the link with our access to the photos, what did we pay the $125 since we no longer have access to the ones that we wanted. I strongly recommend anyone who is looking for their senior pictures to be done is to reach out to someone at coastal Carolina that majors or minors in photography a) is cheaper (money wasn't the issue in my case but for those who don't want to pay 125 for the shoot and then pay another 100+for the pictures as if this was an elementary school picture day which we were unaware of) b) they want the exposure and it will be more enjoyable. Very dissatisfied with the photographers approach and her condescending/pompous /childish attitude. If you are paying for services you want to be satisfied/ get your moneys worth and I cannot say that any of those were met.

If I could give zero stars, I would…read more.. I spent an hour on a beach with my family having professional photos taken. I was TOLD CLEARLY by the photographer that it was okay that I was leaving the next morning. I could simply view our photos online and decide what I wanted. Now I am told that isn't possible. In fact, I have to purchase a $200 low resolution CD upfront, and order from there. Why in the HELL would I purchase a $200 low res CD without ever seeing these photos first? They could all be junk! I even offered a drop box solution. Nope. Listen, I don't want to steal your photos, but before I drop hundreds of dollars on them, I want to review them. This doesn't seem unrealistic. There must be a solution for me to view these photos, especially since I MADE IT CLEAR I was leaving at 6am the next morning to head back home, which is 13 hours away. I have NEVER in my life given a bad review because I work in social media. So this should tell you how upset I am with this studio. Why can't I see my family's photo when you told me I could? Why do I have to pay just to view them? STAY AWAY.

Photographer was excellent, right on time, not a minute early. Pictures were good. Pricing, we…read morefelt was expensive and tactics to buy I compare to a timeshare or car salesman tactics, a lot of pressure. Started off at $2,500 for all the photos and CD. Then they lowered it to $549 for 9 pictures, then he stated $599 and we would get 18 poses and 32 pictures, a lot of wallet sizes or switch wallet sizes for one 8x10. When setting up a session we asked what the pricing was and was told "I'm not in the Sale's Department, only a salesman can discuss pricing". If you want the CD, $800 for only the CD with all the photos. Sitting fee $85, shipping and insurance was $25 for the "free picture". I felt pricing was too much for photos. They ended up with a little over $100 in which we got one photo instead of selling individuals photos that we liked and making $200 to $300.
