very frustrating software. they are always updating it and it's causing all type of issues. recently we had an event get deleted due to a glitch, and the customer service was trying to blame us. VERY sketchy that they have google reviews posted on their website, however there is no where to leave a Google review. we have issues all the time mainly with the software. they recently raised the price of their software which seems ridiculous. read more

Yikes. Of the last 9 reviews, all but one are one star. That should have been my cue. Seems they were better at one point in time. Six years ago....reviews were glowing.....what happened??? No show to phone consult that THEY set, no follow up even after reaching out multiple times, three differnt ways to he company. No response form anyone, other than the initial reach out on a text. Then....nothing. I have to assume this is their after purchase customer care as well. *BEWARE POTENTIAL BUYERS!* DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!! My business purchased back in February. We received the equipment and used it once for a February event when learning that the Guac motherboard did not function and was unable to connect to the Chips printer. We contacted customer service several times advising of the issues. We are now in June and issue still unresolved. I have been asked numerous times to repeat the same steps for the software updates and hardware images. Spent over 3 hours on various calls and multiple emails going over the same things. Yet, no proposed resolution and am told the equipment is final sale regardless of it never working as it should. Their customer service is the worst experience to date with no one taking accountability to provide an actual plan to get product working. Save your precious time and spend your money on an alternative working product that is backed by good customer support. read more

Bought the Salsa and the light kit had not worked since day 1. Sent the unit to them and they sent it back still broken. I replaced all of the power cords they recommended. They sent me 2 additional light kits and everything failed. Booth is basically worthless. Waste of time and money. Do not buy. read more

Terrible customer service; broken products and promises. I financed the salsa essentials package thinking it came with everything I would need, after having a conversation with a representative I was also told the equipment didn't weigh over 30lbs. Upon arrival the fed ex company would not bring it to my door. Probably because it weighs 60lbs. Once opened it didn't come with what was expected. I've been trying to reach a solution but keep getting told sorry all sales are final. This company obviously only cares about sales. All they could do was suggest going on Facebook marketplace. In addition I was told I watched demos I never saw and I never talked to anyone. I showed screenshots to prove I had conversations and that I was working when these so called demos were being watched. This company is so fake! read more

I purchased a Salsa booth a couple of months ago to start a new business. The product shipped promptly. It was easy to unpack, assemble, transport and manage. The essentials package includes everything you need to get started! The customer support has been INCREDIBLE! I took advantage of all of the onboardings, and it was a quick learn. Also included are strategy calls. I have been working with Colin Doyle from the customer success team. My calls with Colin have been invaluable. He is knowledgeable, patient and extremely supportive. I have learned so much from him. He has walked me through so many aspects in a short period of time including, marketing, event set up, outreach, image enhancements and event customization. I can't thank him enough. I highly recommend Photobooth Supply Co and I can not wait to see where this journey takes me!!!! This company is all hype! If I knew what I know now, I would have never went forward with this Photo Booth company.  I joined their open webinar so that I can get a better understanding of their products features and benefits. They did a phenomenal job at presenting this photo booth as the best photo booth for those who are just getting started. I asked many questions and was sold on their product. I thought I was making the right choice. When I went to purchase, I asked about their return policy, their warranty, etc. They stated that there was no return policy, which surprised me. How does a company that claims they're so successful, not have a return policy? It made me believe that they weren't too confident in what they're selling. And their extended warranty really didn't have MUCH value to justify the cost. BUT... I proceeded to take a chance and purchase my Salsa Booth. Well, flash forward to today. I reach out to the customer support team because I just started using the booth, and I asked what the difference is between their subscriptions. Their rep, Noreen, answered n said there really are two main differences - virtual booth & PRINTING!!! Can you believe that?!? They're selling a photobooth that REQUIRES you to subscribe to their "premium" app and pay $100 PER MONTH, just to have the PRINTING feature turned on. like WHAT???? They never mentioned this during that webinar. They must have "forgot" to mention that. When you think of photobooths, you automatically think of receiving small memorable prints. Maybe even putting those small prints into an album where guests can write a message next to their pictures. Why would the most BASIC/STANDARD feature not automatically be included?? What's even more crazy, is that if you want to grow your phootbooth business and get a second Salsa booth, you will have to pay an additional $100 for the premium app for each photobooth - EACH MONTH! This just blows my mind.  When I called their support team to explain my frustration about the app, they treated me like trash and the girl had no care for what I had to say.  I was already skeptical on spending $3,000 on a glorified ring light, especially since the company offers "no returns". I should have trusted my gut feeling. Yes, they have some cool features like gifs and video.... but so do other photobooth apps.  Please reconsider working with this company. read more

I recently hired Photobooth Supply Co. for my 25th birthday party and they were AWESOME! My guests had such a great time and were able to take home prints of their pictures. The attendants working the photobooth also made extra copies if there were groups taking pictures! And for an extra fee, I was able to get double copies of each picture and had my guests add these into a photo album and write a message. In this overwhelming digital age, being able to come from an event with more than the usual instagram photos was a treat. Brandon was great to work with and Eljay really took into account what I wanted in the design for the prints. I would strongly recommend them for ANY event! read more

I was at a friends wedding where they had used the Photobooth Supply Co for the guest to take some goofy photos in. Let me tell you that this is one of the best photobooths that I have stood in..hands down! You would think that it's just another photobooth, but the whole experience with this company is unlike any other! You get high quality prints and there's a huge monitor on top of the booth so you can share your goofiness with the people standing in line. Overall the experience was a fun one. I had always seen pictures of my friends at different events using some type of photobooth. I finally got to try it! I recently attended a birthday and my friend had hired Photobooth Supply Co to run a photo booth at her event. Overall, they were great! I had a lot of fun taking many photos with my friends and the guys that were working the booth were helpful and accommodating. Pros: - Great quality prints. I took so many that I got a photo album just to keep them all in. - Convenient! The Photobooth fit perfectly in the event space, they set up themselves, and they posted the pictures from that night on their Facebook page afterwards! - Very efficient. After we took our photos, the prints were made within minutes. The guys working the booth kept the line moving and everyone was able to take many photos that night. - They provided great props (my favorite ones were the oscar statue and horse head) and a great backdrop. - The people working the booth were attentive, easy to talk to, and kept the guests engaged. Although most people who have hired Photobooth Supply Co hired them for weddings, engagements, or birthdays, I hired them for a grand opening event for my company, Mixx Yoga. It turned out to be one of best decisions we made for the event. Instead of print outs, we had people post directly to their social media. This was great idea (credit: Brandon) because it created an incredible buzz around the company on top of the advertising we've done prior to the event. Any company looking to reach a greater audience or make their events more engaging should employ Photobooth Supply Co! It's a fantastic experience! I loved the photos from photobooth supply co! The light is really flattering! geez. I swear i've never looked so thin. Everyone seemed to like the booth! Because the booth was an open space it was really fun to watch and a lot of guests for ideas for each other for poses. Also we got huge group photos easily! Brandon was great to work with and they had a wide range of backdrops to pick from. The print outs were SUPER fast. They posted on facebook directly so that we could see all of the photos that night! I've been to plenty of weddings and this photo-booth by Photobooth Supply Co has got to be my favorite! The booth is an open air type style so it was able to catch our full body poses. I could really tell that people loved it because later into the night, the booth was packed! You can get creative with the amount of space there was in that booth; it was pretty roomy for me and my friends. And best of all, the modern edges and clean white acrylic matched the decor of the room perfectly. I'm trying to find excuses to throw a party just so I can hire them for myself! We used Photobooth Supply Co. at our wedding and we still can't get over how AWESOME the Photo CUBE was! They had custom made a confetti backdrop to match our wedding colors - a nice personal touch that added a pop to all the pictures! What was really great about the CUBE was that guests weren't confined to the space of a small booth and we even got a group of 17 people into a shot. Needless to say, we had a lot of fun and interesting photos! The attendants were professional and super friendly, the print quality of the photos was fantastic, and there was a good variety of props. The booth was a big hit among our guests, and the print quality is much better than many competitors in the LA/OC area. I attended my friend's wedding a few months ago and they used Photobooth Supply Co for their wedding photobooth. Their photobooth was awesome and way better than any of the photobooth at weddings we've been at. Their photobooth lighting is dope and the quality of the photobooth prints are like the ones I get for regular photos. Some other photobooth companies use ghetto quality photobooth prints but we really like the photobooth prints from Photobooth Supply Co. Good photobooth shit yo! The photobooth was the HIT at our wedding!! It looks awesome from the outside and even nicer on the inside. There was always a line of people waiting to take pictures!!
