As someone who was just getting into film, I wasn't ready to spend upwards of $700 on a camera. We found this shop on Google and decided to stop in. It's a small spot, filled with cameras and equipment. There was one other girl there grabbing more film. We didn't catch the guys name but I'm assuming he was the owner. He was very sweet and helpful from the minute we came in. I didn't know what I was looking for so he asked some questions, what did I want to take pictures of, stuff like that, and then pulled out three cameras. He walked me one by one through what the differences are of each. I ended up going with a Minolta SRT-201. He showed me how to shoot for different lighting, and how to put the film in. It was very reasonably priced. I got the camera and two lenses for $275. He told us we can come back to get the film developed and we can pick up physical prints or he can email it to us. He clearly loved what he did and wanted to share that passion.

Tried to argue with him but I didn't have the initial paper with the quote on it which is insane. There were no repairs, the clerkman is so incompetent I don't even want to argue over a piece of paper and absolute lies. Avoid at all costs.

I would especially recommend film camera owners to try him instead of a storefront that is less familiar with older cameras.

He was very friendly and knowledgeable. The store features a good selection of models and toys including RC planes, rockets, put together models, die cast and plastic cars, trucks and aircraft, and more. There's even a mini race car track in the basement for racing events. It looks super cool. I wish we lived closer so we could check out some of the races. All in all, it's a great place to buy engaging and fun models and toys.
