When you first go in and browse at the new…read morephones including the I phone they pounce trying to sell you things but once they realise I'm already a customer and I'm having problems with the phone they gave me they are not interested. I have to relay the story over and over again to them about my phone breaking for the second time and one member of staff even had the cheek to accuse me of breaking it on purpose. I refuse to go in anymore as they are so rude to you and obviously put potentially new customers in front of you in the queue to speak to them.

They have a wide range of new games for every console as well as lots and lots of pre-owned games. There's also a few consoles set up for you to try before you buy.
