Gone are the days when employees seemed to know what they are selling, so don't have any questions. And, don't go in the middle of a time crunch because the wait is long for everything. So he had to order and install a second one, and I don't think he charged me any different even though it had to have been ~double the labor time. Plus - he obviously checked his work. And, he apologized for the delay, even though he didn't cause it. I found this business on Yelp but with no reviews so I was a little skeptical. I texted Nick, the owner and I checked his Facebook page and found he had all good reviews. I made plans for him to come to my home which he did promptly at the designated time. He sat in his car for about 20 minutes to replace the screen. When he returned from his car my phone was perfect. Just like new!! Thank you Nick! By the way if you like his Facebook page he gives you $5.00 off! You couldn't ask for better workmanship nor the price. He beat the Apple price by $14.00 without the drive or the wait!!!
