It's so small and difficult to navigate with a pushchair in tow that i don't end up going in here a lot of the time when i would like to. The top floor is also completley out of bounds to wheelchair users as well as anyone with a pushchair. On the times i have been able to get in here i have been impressed by their prices and the choice available.

The place is always ram packed, but the staff are friendly. Lots of them are students who are heavily into the music scene, and you get the idea that they know what their products are a lot more than in some other shops. I've never taken an item back that I have bought, so I don't know what the refund situation is like, but if it's anything like the rest of the experience you'll have, it's probably fine. I've bought a good few things here, and never had a problem with quality or durability, so I think that should speak for itself.

I find that the shop caters for everything you need! The staff are very helpful, always asking what you are looking for and will try and help you find it electronically if they cannot find it for you. I find the store spacious and easy to get around, also caters for wheelchairs, although no upstairs access, that I know of. I think the downside to this place is that it is more pricey than other places, so I tend not to go here, which is a shame.

The CD, DVD and game section of the store is tiny carrying only limited titles so this is not the place to shop for something that isn't in the charts. The book selection is slightly better offering a good selection of adults and children's books. The magazine and newspaper section is the largest part of the store offering a varied selection of magazines.
