Alexander Z 12:00 AM (21 hours ago) to jaspony1, Ashley Thank you for your email. I will not reconsider your request. I appreciate your timely request for reconsideration, but I did reach out to your organization with a request for cancellation that included a note that the quality of your services had declined. A remedy was not offered; only an apology and an agreement to not charge me for future services. In fact, I advised you that since retaining your services in December 2019, I was very satisfied with the quality of your services. Unfortunately, the decline in your service quality continued after a new individual started servicing my yard. I am now using Poo Happens for these services. I was looking for a remedy and was not offered one until now. At Clean Paw we have no contracts and state you can cancel at any time for any reason, and we really do honor that agreement. Your initial complaint was made while we were away on a family camping trip.(some needed R&R) When we got back from the trip we started at the top of the emails and worked our way down, when we got to your email it asked to cancel and we honored your request. After cancelation, we always ask what the reason for canceling was so that we could make a better customer experience and fix any issues. Also if we get a complaint and given enough time, we as the owners will always go and make a special visit to clean up the yard and to access the reason behind the complaint, so we can remedy the situation and make sure it doesn't happen again. We are a very small family business struggling to keep our heads above the water during these trying times and hope that you would reconsider your rating. Also we would love to have you back as a customer and we are very sorry for any misunderstandings.

I have had three bulldogs…read moreover the years and there is just something about bulldog parents - we began talking and I was amazed at all the information he shared about the breed. His love of bulldogs is contagious! I always knew I wanted to bring another bully home (my last boy lived until almost 15!) but I wasn't sure when. Barry was willing to answer all my questions for months as I considered adding to my already big family! We had three german shepherds at home at the time - one of which is employed by the city of Phoenix (you know what he does for a living! ;) ) Anyway, I can't even express how much I appreciated everything that Barry taught me about the breed without being pushy. He really wanted me to be ready and he kept reinforcing that I would know when the time was right. When my husband and I finally decided yes, Barry helped me find the perfect little girl to bring into our family and we could not be happier. I would recommend Barry in a heartbeat to anyone who is looking to bring home a bulldog or to anyone who just wants more information. Over the many years that he has been breeding, he's amassed a wealth of information on the breed and he is always willing to share that knowledge. They say it takes a village to raise a bulldog and from my experience, that is true. I feel very lucky to have met Barry and to have him on my team. If you're serious about the breed - Barry is hands down, the ultimate authority and he will help you find the perfect bully for your family.

I'm updating my experience with this breeder because the information provided at the time of…read morepurchase turned out to be inaccurate. I was told my Goldendoodle would be 35-45 lbs, and the rehoming paperwork reflected that range. I was also told the mother was approximately 35 lbs and the father around 45 lbs. I was not allowed to see the parents in person, only photos, due to the breeder stating they had a bad experience with a previous buyer. My dog continued growing well past one year and is now over 60 lbs. A friend of mine adopted a littermate, and her dog is closer to 70 lbs. When I contacted the breeder to ask about the size discrepancy, I was told the dogs must be this size because we were "feeding them too much," which is simply not accurate. This misrepresentation has caused real issues in my home. I live with my elderly father, who is frail and has early dementia, and I also have a much smaller dog. Managing a dog nearly double the promised size has created safety and stress concerns that could have been avoided with honest disclosure. I'm sharing this so future buyers can make a fully informed decision and ask very specific questions before committing.
