It was still cheaper than the original price. They sent me a form from Phonak, the company, and I noticed the fine print said there is a "one-time courtesy replacement" - that means free, right? So I called Phonak and they indeed replace it for FREE! but Lemme charges $800 for them!!!! Look, we know they're a business and we don't degrudge them for making money, but $800 for items they get for free?? It only takes the front office ladies some phone calls, emails, and form filling...we saw it couldn't possibly take that much effort. When we gave a little push-back about the $800, they agreed to $400. But to add insult to injury, after, they started to be cold and BARELY civil on the phone. And they took their good ole time sending them to us - as they said, "when we have time to get to the post office." What scammers and how unprofessional.

Beware counseling at this agency. The outpatient department is run by some really questionable…read more individuals. Example 1: Counselor (NPI 1144586678) claims minors (under age 16) can consent to "intercourse" with adults. This is CSA, but the agency seemingly endorses this sentiment. Example 2: Same counselor's solution to self harming, "get a stress ball". Aside from being very bizarre, uneducated and unprofessional, there was an immense amount of blatant lying. The aforementioned counselor also made a habit of showing up significantly late and appeared unkempt. She violated HIPAA regulations and the code of ethics and conduct that govern social workers. With that being said, I would recommend a stress ball opposed to this place, as an inanimate object would be more proficient in comparison, all things being even. The administrative office was also unprofessional and disorganized in their attempts to cover for the failings of the counselor. The agency did not have policy in place for requesting records, amending records, complaints processing and so on. They also did an abrupt discontinuation of services without fulfilling the necessary discharge requirements. It is my understanding that this is the established pattern of conduct for this agency, therefore if you are seeking legitimate mental health services, look elsewhere for providers that are trauma informed.
