While the spa is small, it seems to manage the flow of traffic well. I haven't had trouble getting an appointment. The only suggestion I would make would be to have the waiting area (within the spa, while waiting for a therapist) be more relaxing. The lights are bright and the music is loud and a bit fast; lower lighting and softer, slower music would provide a more calming environment for clients.

Well I had a massage service that was just unacceptable for A four star spa. My sheets had huge stains on them. The area where my head was supposed to rest, was only covered with two Kleenex tissue paper. Exposing the rest of the pillow to be in contact with my mouth. Which means not only was I exposed to contact dermatitis, and had to inhale someone else's germs, but the next person after me has to be in contact with my germs! Now I get regular massages. And I also like to try out different high end five star spas all around the nation and in different countries that I visit. As well as local massage places like elements massage and massage envy. To this day I have never witnessed such horrible standards when it comes to cleanliness. Even the massage places in the mall put a proper tissues on the head rest to protect their clients. I did not put my head on the headrest. I waited for my therapist to come in and I asked her how my supposed to put my head on here she said yes. I had given her the benefit of doubt. Thought she would cover it properly but no. I was disgusted. And the massage was one of the worst massages I've ever had. Felt the entire time as though she was in a hurry to be done. It also seemed like they only had two massage therapists working the spa on a Saturday. They were running from one client to the next with no rest in between. There is no attendant to serve you for food or drinks by the pool area. There is however a restaurant bar by the pool area should you wish to go there. They have ONLY ONE person working there. This one person has to take ppls orders, ring them up, make the drinks, and serve the tables, clean the tables, Check ppl out. She was lovely with an outstanding attitude regardless of her situation. Will I ever go back? No I would not. This is not an Acceptable. If they charge the amount they do for their services, then they can most definitely afford to put some clean sheets on their massage tables and cover the headrest.

The end result is chronic tension, pain in my shoulders, and headaches. I have tried chiropractors, massage, muscle relaxers, heat therapy, acupuncture, and physical therapy. Nothing has come close to the relief I have experienced with shiatsu massage. In addition, Brian addresses balancing the full body and we are working on digestive issues. For my entire life I have had stomach aches severe enough to try every medication under the sun and even surgery. Each visit we reassess and he treats me accordingly with massage and herbs.
